New Delhi , the 27th November , 1975
No. DRAWBACK/ PN - 88 / 75.- Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 52 / F.No . 60/ 2 / 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India , Extra ordinary, dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK / PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 :
For items ( 1) and ( ii ) of sub - serial No. 4613 and the entries relating thereto , the followit g shall be substituted :

Rs . 27.28 (Rupees twenty seven and paise twenty eight only) per fan .
( ii) Ceiling fans without Regulators-
(a) 56 " & 60" Sweep
Rs . 36.54 (Rupees thirty six and paise fifty four only) per fan .
(b) 48" Sweep
Rs . 29.82 ( Rupecs twenty nine and paise cighty two only) .
(c) 42 " & 36" Sweep
Rs . 24.28 (Rupees twenty four and paise twenty eight only) per fan .
NOTE :-The above rate of drawback will apply for fans with Alumirium blades .
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of October , 1975 .

सं ० प्रतिश्रवायगी/पी ० एम ० 88 / 75.-सीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली, 1971 , ( भारत के राजपत्त्र , असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त , 1971 में प्रकाशित अधि- सूचना सं ० 52 / का ० सं ० 602/ 2/ 70-प्र ० अ ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी/ पी ० एन ० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:---
उप- क्रमांक 4613 की मद ( i ) तथा ( ii ) और तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्न- लिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा: -

( i) छत के पंखे , रेगुलेटर सहित--
(क ) 56" तथा 60 " फैलाव
39.54 रुपये ( केवल उनतालीस रुपये और चौबन पैसे ) प्रति पंखा ।
(ख) 48" फैलाब
32.82 रुपये ( केवल बत्तीस रुपये और बयासी पैसे ) प्रति पंखा ।
(ग) 42" तथा 36" फैलाब
27.28 रुपये ( केवल सत्ताइस रुपये और अठासई पैसे) प्रति पंखा ।

24.28 रुपये ( केवल चौबीस रुपये और अठाईस पैसे) प्रति पंखा ।
नौट:-प्रतिश्रदायगी की उक्त दर एल्यूमिनियम के पंख वाले पंखों पर लागू होंगी । यह सार्वजनिक सूचना अक्तूबर 1975 के 15 वें दिन को लागू हुई समझी जायगी ।
