NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 21th November 1975
S.O. 678(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Tea Act, 1953 (29 of 1953), the Central Government hereby fixes six paise per kilogram as the rate at which a duty of excise on all tea produced in India shall be levied and collected as a cess for the purposes of the said Act from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
