No. DRAWBACK/PN-89/75.—Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F. No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-1, dated the 15th October, 1971, as amended from time to time :—
I. In column 4 against sub-item (i) of item (e) of clause (A) of sub-serial No. 2502 the following rate of drawback shall be substituted:—
Rs. 18.95 (Rupees eighteen and paise ninety five only) per kg.
II. In column 4 against sub-item (ii) of item (e) of clause (A) of sub-serial No. 2502 the following rate of drawback shall be substituted :—
Rs. 13.55 (Rupees thirteen and paise fifty five only) per kg.
III. In column 4 against sub-item (iii) of item (e) of clause (A) of sub- serial No. 2502 the following rale of drawback shall be substituted:—
Rs. 16.65 (Rupees sixteen and paise sixty five only) per kg.
IV. In column 4 against sub-Item (iv) of item (e) of clause (A) of sub- serial No. 2502 the following rate of drawback shall be substituted:-
Rs. 11.25 (Rupees eleven and paise twenty five only) per kg.

Rs. 15.60 (Rupees fifteen and paise sixty only) per k#.
VI. In column 4 against sub-item (b) of item (i) of clause (B) of sub- serial No. 2502 the following rate of drawback shall be substituted:—
Rs. 10.25 (Rupees ten and paise twenty five only) per kjj, VII, In column 4 against sub-item (e) of item (i) of clause (C) of sub-serial No. 2503 the following rate of drawback shall be substituted:—
Rs. 19.75 (Rupees nineteen and paise seventy five only) per kg.
VIII. In column 4 against sub-item (f) of item (1) of clause (C) of sub- serial No. 2503 the following rate of drawback shall be substituted:—
Rs. 17.35 (Rupees seventeen and paise thirty-five only) per kg.
IS In column 4 of item (ii) of clause (C) of Sub-serial No. 2503 the following rate of drawback shall be substituted:—
