New Delhi, the 2nd December 1975
S.O. 694(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in its notification No. 434/HN/75 (I), dated the 20th January, 1975, namely:—
In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification against item No. 10 "Returning Officer of 10 Sirsa (SC) Parliamentary Constituency" for the existing entry "3 Additional General Assistant, Hissar" the entry "3 General Assistant, Sirsa" shall be substituted.
