ORDER
New Delhi, the 3rd December 1975
S.O. 69S(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 4 of the Defence and Internal Security of India Rules, 1971, the Central Government hereby directs—
(a) that no power conferred upon the State Government by rule 47 of the said rules, shall, with effect from the 11th day of December, 1975, be exercised, by any State Government or by any officer or authority authorised in that behalf by that State Government, except with the previous approval of the Central Government; and
(b) that no order made under the said rule 47 by any State Government or by any officer or authority authorised in that behalf by the State Government before the 12th day of December, 1975, shall be continued on or after that date except in accordance with such instructions as the Central Gov- ernment may give to the Slate Government in this behalf.
