G.S.R. 579 (E) . The following Order made by the President on 28th November , 1975 is published for general information
THE STATES REORGANISATION ( GOVERNORS ' ALI OWANCES AND PRIVILEGES ) THIRD AMENDMENT ORDER , 1975 .
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the States Reorganisation Act , 1956 (37 of 1956) , I , Fakhruddın Ali Ahmed , President of India , hereby make the follow- ing Order further to amend the States Reorganisation ( Governors ' Allowances and Privi- leges) Order , 1957 , namely :-
1. This Order may be called the States Reorganisation ( Governors ' Allowances and Privileges) Third Amendment Order , 1975 .
2. In the States Reorganisation ( Governors ' Allowances and Privileges ) Order , 1957 , in the Second Schedule , after proviso (9 ) , the following proviso shall be inserted , namely:-
(10) Provided further that for the financial year 1972-73 , this Schedule shall, in so far as it relates to the State of Famil Nadu have effect as if for the figures " 1,00,000 " , " 25.000 " , " 1,00,000 " and " 3,20,000 " occurring in columns 3 , 6, 7 and 9 thereof , the figures " 1,54,610 " , " 26,146 " , " 1.90,901 " and "4,66,657 " had respectively been substituted.

सा० फा ० नि० 579 ( अ) .- 28 नवम्बर , 1975 को राष्ट्रपति द्वारा जारी किया गया निम्नलिखित आदेश , सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है:-
राज्य पुनर्गठन ( राज्यपालों के भरत और विशेषाधिकार ) तृतीय संशोषन भ्रादेश , 1975 मैं , फखरुद्दीन अली अहमद , भारत का राष्ट्रनति , राज्य पुनर्गठन अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 37 ) की धारा 73 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये , राज्य पुनर्गठन ( राज्यपालों के भत्ते और विशेषाधिकार ) श्रादेश , 1957 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करता हूं , अथर्थात्:-
1. इस आदेश का नाम राज्य पुनर्गठन ( राज्यपालों के भत्ते और विशेषाधिकार ) तृतीय संशोधन आदेश , 1975 है ।
2. राज्य पुनर्गठन ( राज्यपालों के भत्ते और विषेषाधिकार ) श्रादेश , 1957 में , द्वितीय अनु- सूची में, परन्तुक ( 9 ) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित परन्तुक अन्तः स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:--
" ( 10 ) परन्तुः यह और कि वित्तीय वर्ष 1972-73 के लिये , यह अनुसूची जहां तक उसका संबंध तमिलनाडु राज्य से है , इस प्रकार प्रभावी होगी मानों उसके स्तंभ 3 , 6, 7 और 9 में आने वाले ' 1,00,000 ' , '25 , 000 ' , ' 1,00,000 ' प्रौर ' 3,20,000 ' अंकों के स्थान पर क्रमश : ' 1,54,610' , '26 , 146 ', ' 1,90,901 ' और ' 4,66,657 ' अंक रखे गये हों । " ।

In the Ministry of Home Affairs Order No. 3 / 1 / 74 - Poll ( K ) , dated the 18th October , 1975 , published as G.S.R. 524 ( E ) to 529 ( E) at pages 2127 to 2158/3 in the Gazette of India Extraordinary , Part II- Section 3 - Sub- section ( i ) , dated the 18th October , 1975 , the following corrections are to be made :-
On page 2127 ,
( i) in line 1 of para 2( 1 ) , read " In this Order , " for " in this Order, " ;
On page 2128 ,-
(i) in line 1 of para 2 ( 2 ) , read the figures " ( 10 of 1897 ) " for the figures " ( 10 ог 1897 ) " ;
