EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

New Delhi, the 5th December 1975

SUBJECT —Price Schedules showing P.A. S/F.O.B. prices of different varieties, grades and

qualities of mica and other conditions applicable to their export.

No- 51-ETC(PN)/75-— Attention is invited to Public Notice No. 31-ETC(PN)/75, dated 15-7-1975 published in Part I, section I of the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated the 15th July, 75.

2. It has been decided to further amend the Public Notice referred to above as indicated below and the amendment shall come into force with immediate effect :—

(A) THE existing paragraph 3 of the aforesaid Public Notice published on page 873 of the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated 15-7-75 referred to above shall be substitut- ed by the following :—

"3. Export of strip mica cut plates, breadth of which is not more than 1/3 of the length, shall be allowed at FAS price equal to six times the price applicable to the STC size and variety of mica used, in the manufacture of the exported product.

(iv) Other fabricated mica will, however, cortinue to be permitted orly at ar FAS price equal to four times the price applicable to the STC size and variety of mica used in the marufactur of the exported product.

There will, however, be no premium for thickress in ary of these ittms." (b) In paragraph 4 at page 874 the followirg words shall be deleted:—

"provided shipmei ts in rtspict of such export cortracts are completed within sixty t'ays from the date of issue of this Public Noiice".

(c¹) In AnnexTjre 'A' the matter printed at pqge R7J shall be substituted by the followirg :—
