S.O. 705 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 5 ) of section 5 of the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Act , 1971 (50 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the followingllowing scheme further to amend the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Scheme published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. S.O. 5483 , dated the . 10th December , 1971 , namely :
1. ( 1 ) This scheme may be called the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance (Fifth Amend- ment) , Scheme , 1975 .
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of January , 1976 .
2. In the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Scheme , in paragraph 10 , in sub- paragraph ( 1 )
( i ) for the figures , letters and words " 31st day of December , 1975 " the figures , letters and words " 31st day of March , 1976 " shall be substituted;
( ii) in clause ( a) for the figures , letters and words " 30th day of September , 1975 " the figures , letters and words " 31st day of December , 1975 " shall be substituted .

फा० श्रा० 705 ( श्र ० ) ग्रपात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा अधिनियम, 1971 ( 1971 का 50 ) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की अधिसूवना सं ० का ० ग्रा ० 5483 तारीख 10 दिसम्बर , 1971 के साथ प्रकाशित श्रःपात जोखिम (माल) बीमा स्कीम में और संशोधन करने के लिये निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है, अर्थात् : ---
1. ( 1 ) इस स्कीम का नाम आपात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा ( पंचम संशोधन ) स्कीम 1975 है;
( 2) यह 1 जनवरी , 1976 को प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. आपात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा स्कीम में, पैरा 10 में , उप -पैरा ( 1 ) में--
( 1) " 31 दिसम्बर , 1975 अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर , " 31 मार्च , 1976" अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
( 2) खण्ड ( क ) में , " 30 सितम्बर , 1975 अंकों , और शब्दों के स्थान पर " 31 दिसम्बर , 1975 " अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 6) of section 3 of the Emergency Risks (Undertakings ) Insurance Act, 1971 ( 51 of 1971 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Emergency Risks ( Under- takings ) Insurance Scheme published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. S.O. 5486 , dated the 10th December , 1971 , namely:-
1. ( 1 ) This scheme may be called the Emergency Risks (Undertakings ) Insurance (Fifth amendment) Scheme , 1975 .
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of January , 1976 .
2. In the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings) Insurance Scheme, in paragraph 8 , in sub- paragraph ( 1 )
(i) for the figures, leters and words " 31st day of December , 1975 " the figures , letters and words " 31st day of March , 1976" , shall be substituted;

का० श्रा० 706 ( अ) -श्रापात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा अधिनियम, 1971 ( 1971 का 51 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 6 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० 5486 तारीख 10 दिसम्बर , 1971 के साथ प्रकाशित आपात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा स्कीम में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है , अर्थात्:--
1. ( 1 ) इस स्कीम का नाम श्रपात जोखिम ( उपक्रम) बीमा (पंचम संशोधन) स्कीम, 1975 है;
( 2 ) यह 1 जनवरी , 1976 को प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. आपात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा स्कीम में, " रा 8 में , उपपैरा ( 1 ) में--
(i) " 31 दिसम्बर, 1975 अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर " 31 मार्च , 1976" अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
(ii) खण्ड ( क) में, " 30 सितम्बर , 1975 अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर, " 31 दिसम्बर , 1975 अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

In the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) Notification No. S.O. 607 ( E ) and कां० श्र० 607 ( श्र ) published in the Gazette of India Extra- ordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) dated the 20th October , 1975 the following corrections are to be made : -
( 1) On page 2339 , in para 1. ( 1 ) for the word " Con rol " read " Control " ;
(2) on page 2340 , over column 10 , the word " gold " be omitted ;
(3 ) on page 2341 ,-
(a) over column 4 , for the word " Correspondeng" read " Corresponding " ;
( b) over column 14 , for the words " Ornaments ' articles " read " Ornaments / articles" ;
( c) in line 2 from bottom, the figure " 9 / " be inserted between the word No , and figure 75;
( 4) पृष्ठ 2346 पर , नोचे से पंक्ति 4 में, सं ० शब्द के पश्वात्, अंक " 9 " रखा जाए ।
