TRIBUNAL UNDER THE RICHARDSON AND CRUDDAS LIMITED (ACQUISITION AMD TRANSFER OF UNDERTAKING) ACT, 1972. NOTICE
No. 8(24)/75/HM-IIL—-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Richardson and Cruddas Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Under- taking) Act, 1972 (Act. No, 78 of 1972), the Central Government by Ministry of Heavy Industry Notification No. G.S.R. 508(E) dated the 28th November, 1973 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary of November 28, 1973 constituted a Tribunal consisting of Shri justic Ajit Kumar Sankar, ludge of the Calcutta High Court, for the purpose of rectification of the register of members of the old company, Richardson and Cruddas Limited.
In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 14 of the aforesaid Act read with Rule 3 of the Richardson and Cruddas Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Rules, 1974 which have been published by the Central Government by Min- istry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Heavy Industry) Notification No. SO 147(E) dated the 20th March, 1975, in the Gazette of India Extraordinary of March, 20 1975 the Tribunal calls upon every person, who claims to have any interest in any share of the aforesaid company, to prefer his claim by Registered Post Acknowledgement Due before the Tribunal at its office situated at 13-N. Dhirendra Nath Ghosh Road Calcutta-25 within 30 days from the date of publication of the notification in Form I as prescribed by the aforesaid rules. A copy of such form may be inspected at the office of the Tribunal or may be obtained from the said office on sending self addressed stamped By order of the Tribunal envelop. N . C. SEN,
