NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th December 1975

G.S.R. 588(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Coal Minis (Nationalisation) Act, 1973 (26 of 1973) and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Energy (Department of Coal) No. G.S.R, 555(E), dated the 12th November. 1975, the Central Government hereby directs that all the powers exercisable by it under the said Act may also be exercised by the following persons, namely :—

1. Shri R. N. Sharma. Vice-Chairman and Managing Director. Bharat Cocking Coal Ltd., Dhanbad.

2. Shri B. I,. Wadehra, Managing Director, Central Coalfields Ltd,, Ranchi. 3 Shri Rarmiyajee Varma, Managing Director, Eastern Coalfields Ltd., Sanctoria. 4 Shri C. Balram, Managing Director, Western Coalfields Ltd., Nagpur. 5. Shri R. C, Sekhar, Chief Controller of Accounts, Coal India Ltd., Calcutta, 6. Shri D Mukherjee, Additional Controller of Accounts, Coal India Ltd., Calcutta.
