CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, 22nd December 1975
No. DRAWBACK/PN-93/75.-In Public Notice No. 53/75 published it} Part I, Section (1) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 17th June, 1975, the Central Government hereby makes the following correction therein: —
(1) The words 'and wool content' and "and the wool mentioned at (e) above is only imported duty paid wool" appearing under proviso (i) to the sub-item (e) of item (A) of Sub-Serial No. 2502 shall be omitted,
(2) The words 'and wool content' appearing in the proviso under clause (C) of Sub-Serial No. 2503 shall be omitted.
(3) For the existing proviso (b) under Sub-item (i) of item (c) of Sub- Serial No. 25D3, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: —
'(b) that yarn used under item (e) and (1) above is worsted.'
