EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT.—Export of Nylon Tyre Cord.
No. 54-ETC(PN)/75.—It has been decided to regulate export of Nylon Tyre Cord as under during the period ending 31st December, 1976:
1. Export of Nylon Tyre Cord will be allowed within a limited specified ceiling;
2. Licensing will be centralised with the Joint Chief Controller of Imports and Exports, Bombay, who will pass shipping bills presented to him on first- come first-served basis.
