New Delhi, the 21th December 1975

S.O. 733(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby further extends upto the 30th June, 1976, the period within which the Commission of Inquiry appointed by the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs by Notification No. S.O. 88(E), dated the 10th February, 1975 and whose tenure was last extended upto the 31st Decem- ber, 1975 by Notification No. S.O. 391(E), dated the 28th July, 1975, shall make its report to the Central Government.
