New Delhi, the 31st December, 1975
G.S.R. 600(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Passports Act, 1967 (15 of 1967), the Central Government, being of the opinion that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts Shri Prem Sarup Puri, S/o Shri Labha Ram Puri of 7, Link Road, Jangpura, New Delhi-110 014 from the operation of clauses (f) and (g) of sub-section (2) of section 6 of the said Act.
