G.S.R. 7 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) , read with sub - rule ( 1 ) . and the first proviso to sub - rule ( 2 ) , of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service ( Cadre ) Rules , 194, the Central Government , in consultation with the Government of "Karnataka " hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regu- lations, 1955, namely:-
1. (1 ) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) First Amendment Regulations , 1976.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1955 , under the heading " Karnataka " , for the entries "Chairman, Karnataka Revenue Appellate Tribunal " and " Member , Karnataka Revenue Appellate Tribunal " the entries " Chairman Karnataka Aprellate Tribunal" and "Member , Karnataka Appellate Tribunal" shall be substituted.

सा० फा ० ति ० १ ( प्र ) - भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम , 1954 के नियम 4 के उप नियम ( 2 ) के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61) को धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार कर्नाटक सरकार के परामर्श से , भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1955 में आगे संशोधन करने के एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:---
1. ( 1 ) इत विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग सख्या का नियतम ) पहला संशोधन विनियम , 1976 है ।
( 2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या नियतन) विनियम, 1955 की अनूसूची में " कर्नाटक" शीर्षक के अधीन " अध्यक्ष , कर्नाटक राजस्व अपीलीय अधिकरण " और " सदस्य, कर्नाटक राजस्व अपीलीय अधिकरण " प्रविष्टियो के स्थान पर " अध्यक्ष , कर्नाटक अपीलीय अधिकरण" और " सदस्य, कर्नाटक अपीलीय अधिकरण" प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) read with rule 11 of the Indian Administrative Service ( Pay) Rules , 1954 , the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service ( Pay ) Rules 1954, namely:-
1. (1 ) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) First Amendment Rules, 1976.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In Schedule III appended to the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules , 1954,-
(a) Under the heading ' A - Posts carrying pay above the time scale of pay in the Indian Administrative Service under the State Government's, against "Karnataka " , for the entry in the second column, "Chairman , Karnataka Revenue Appellate Tribunal "
the following entry shall be substituted namely:-
"Chairman, Karnataka Appellate Tribunal "
(b) under the heading B - Posts carrying pay in the senior time scale of the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments, including posts carrying special pay in addition to pay in the time scale' against "Karnataka " , in the second column,
"Member , Karnataka Revenue Appellate Tribunal" .
the following entry shall be substituted, namely: --
"Member , Karnataka Appellate Tribunal "

सा० का० नि ० ४ ( प्र) . भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1954 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार कर्नाटक सरकार के परामर्श से , भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा (वेतन ) नियम, 1954 में भौर आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) पहला संशोधन नियम , 1976 है ।
( 2) ये सरकारी राजपत्त्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेत्रा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1954 के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची- III --
(क ) ' राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा में समय वेतनमान से अधिक बेतन लेने वाले पद' शीर्षक के अन्तर्गत " कर्नाटक " के सामने कालम 2 में " अध्यक्ष , कर्नाटक राजस्व अपीलीय अधिकरण " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी :-
" अध्यक्ष , कर्नाटक अनरीलीय अधिकरण"
(ख) 'राज्य सरकारो के अधीन भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा के वरिष्ठ समय वेतनमान के पद जिनमें समय वेतनमान के अतिरिक्त विशेष वेतन लेने वाले पद भी शामिल है' शीर्षक के अन्तर्गत " कर्नाटक " के सामने दूसरे कालम में , "सदस्य, कर्नाटक राजस्व अपीलीय अधिकरण " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " सदस्य, कर्नाटक अपीलीय अधिकरण" प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।
