New Delhi , the 27th December 1975
S.O. 3 ( E) . Whereas the Government of Karnataka have intimated a few alterations in the name and extent of territorial divisions in the State and inadvertent slip or omission, in the description of certain assembly constituencies mentioned in Table Rof the Delimitation Commission's Order No. 20 of 5 August , 1974 , in respect of the State of Karnataka;
And , whereas the Commission considers it necessary and expedient to make amend- ments in the description of the extent of those constituencies and correct the errors arising from inadvertent slip or omission so as to bring the Order correct and uptodate ;
Now, therefore , in cxercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Delimitation Act , 1972 , the Election Commission hereby makes the corrections in the said Order as follows:-
I. In Table B- Assembly Constituencies-
( i ) Under column 2 , against 36 -Kudligi , in the description of the extent of the constituency , for the existing entry , the entry " Kudligi circle in Kudligi taluk ; Mariammanahalli circle in Hospet taluk ; and Kalavi , Hakandi , Kombli , Kotnakall , Sovenhalli , Nowli and Thimmalapuram , villages in Hadagalli circle to Hadagalli taluk ; and Hagaribommanahalli taluk ( excluding Kudatinga- maggi , Ambli , Nellukudire , Kannehalli , Kogali , Kogali - Samatu - Kodihalli and Alabur villages in Malvi circle and Moregere village in Hampasagara circle ) , in Hospet sub - division " shall be substituted;
( ii ) Under colmun 2 , against 37 - Kottur , in the description of the extent of the constituency, for the existing entry , the entry "Kudligi taluk ( excluding Kudligi circle ) ; and Kudatinamaggi and Ambli villages in Malvi circle in Hagaribommanahalli taluk in Hospet sub-division " shall be substituted;
( iii ) Under column 2, against 38 - Hadagalli , in the description of the extent of the constituency , for the existing entry, the entry "Hadagalli taluk ( excluding

( iv) Under column 2 , against 177 - Hubli Rural , in the description of the extent of the constituency for the words the constituency , for the words " Hubli sub -division " , the words "Dharwar
( v) Under column 2 , against 187 - Mundargi , in the description of the extent of the constituency , for the words " Dharwar sub -division " , the words " Gadag sub- division" , shall be substituted;
(vi ) Under column 2, against 208 - Kagwad, in the description of the extent of the constituency , for the existing entry , the entry " Kagwad circle and Athani circle [ excluding Athani town and 1 -Athani ( Rural ) , 4 - Muragundi and 5- Masaraguppi villages in Athani taluk in Chikkodi sub- division " , shall be substituted; and
( vii ) Under column 2 , against 209 - Athani , in the description of the extent of the constituency , for the existing entry , the entry " Athani town , 1-Athani (Rural ) , 4- Muragundi and 5 - Masaraguppi villages in Athani circle and Ananthapur and Telsang circles in Athani taluk in Chikkodi , sub- division" , shall be substituted ;
Il . In the Note , for the words and figures " Ist day of July , 1974 " , the words and figures " 1st day of August , 1975" , shallbe substituted .

फा ० श्र ० ३ (भ ) कर्नाक राज्य सरकार ने कर्नाटक राज्य के सम्बन्ध में परिसीमन आयोग के तारीख 5 अगस्त, 1975 के आदेश सं ० 20 की सारणी ख में णित राज्य के प्रादेशिक खण्डों के नामों और विस्तार में कुछ परिवर्तन और कतिपय सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के विस्तार में अनवधानता से हुई भूल या चूक संसूचित की है ;
और निर्वाचन श्रायोग उक्त आदेश को ठीक और अद्यतन करने के लिए उन निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में संशोधन करना और अनवधानता से हुई भूल या चूक से परिणामि गलतियों को ठीक करना आवश्यक और समीचीन समझता है ;
श्रतः , अब यह श्रयोग परिसीमन अधिनियम , 1972 की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त आदेश में निम्नलिखित के अनुसार संशोधन करता है :---
I. सारणी--ख-सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में
( i ) 36- कुडलिगो के सामने , स्तम्भ 2 में, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के दर्णन में विद्य- मान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " होस्पेट उप -खण्ड में कुडलिगी तालुक का कुडलिगी सकिल ; होस्पेट तालुक का मरियामनाहल्ली किल ; तथा हाडागल्ली तालुक के हाडागल्ली सर्किल के कलवी , हाकांडी , कोम्बली, कोटनाकल्ली, सोवेनहल्ली, नोवली और थिम्मालापुरम ग्राम; और ह्यारी बोम्मानहल्ली तालुक ( मालवी सकिल के कुष्डातिनामाग्गी , आम्बली , नेल्लुकुडरि , कन्नेहल्ली , कोगाली, कोगाली- समाटू-कोडिहल्ली और अलाबुर ग्राम तथा हाम्पासागारा सर्किल के मोरगेरे ग्राम को छोड़कर ) । " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;

(ii) 37 -कोट्टर के सामने , स्तम्भ 2 में, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , "होस्पेट उप -खण्ड में कुडलिगी तालुक ( कुडलिगी सर्किल को छोड़ कर) ; तथा हगारीबोम्मानहल्ली तालुक के मालवी सकिल के कुडातिना- माग्गो और आम्बली ग्राम " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
(iii) 38 -हाडागल्ली के सामने , स्तम्भ 2 में, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , " होस्पेट' उप-खण्ड में , हाडागल्ली तालुक ( हाडागल्ली सर्किल के कोटनाकल्ल , नोवली , थिम्मालापुरम , सोवेनहल्ली, कोम्बलो , हाकांडी और कलत्री ग्रामों को छोड़कर ) , तथा हगारीबोम्मान- हल्लो तालुक के मालवी सर्किल के नेल्लुरुडिरि, कत्रेहल्ली , कोगाली , कोगाली- सनाडू-कोडिहल्ली और अलाबुर ग्राम, और हाम्पासागारा सर्किल का मोरगेरे ग्राम ; तथा हारापानाहल्ली तालुक का चितागिरी सकिल " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ;
( iv) 177-दुबली ग्रामीण के सामने , स्तम्भ 2 में , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में " हुबली उप-खण्ड " शब्दों के स्थान पर , " धारवाड़ उप- खण्ड " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
(V ) 187- मुंडारगी के सामने , स्तम्भ 2 में, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में " धारवाड़ उप- खण्ड" शब्दों के स्थान पर , " गदाग उप-खण्ड " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
(Vi ) 208 -कागवाड के सामने , स्तम्भ 2 में, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , " चिक्कोडी उप- खण्ड में श्रथानी ताल्लुक के कागवाड सकिल और अथानी सर्किल [ अथानी नगर और 1-श्रथानी (ग्रामीण) , 4-मुरगुंडी और 5 - मासारगुप्पी ग्रामों को छोड़कर] । " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ; तथा
(Vii ) 209 - श्रथानी के सामने , स्तम्भ 2 में , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , " चिक्कौडो उप - खण्ड में अथानो ताल्लुक के अथानी सर्किल में श्रथानी नगर , और 1-अथानी ( ग्रामीण ) , 4-मुरगंडी ओर , 5 - मासारगुप्पी ग्राम तथा अनन्थापुर और तेलसांग सर्किल । " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।
II . टिप्पणी में , " 1974 की जुलाई के प्रथम दिन " शब्दों और अंकों के स्थान पर " 1975 के श्रगस्त मास के प्रथम दिन " शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे ।
