No. DRAWBACK / PN - 6 / 76 .-- Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Düties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Notification No. 52 / F . No. 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 :-
1. For Sub - item( g ) of item ( i ) of clause ( c) of Sub - Serial , 2503 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely :-
(g) Cotton content in yarn :
(i) if the yarn is of and above 423 NF count Rs . 0.32 ( Thirty two paise only) per Kg . (50s) but upto and including 50.8 NF count (60s) .
(ii) if the yarn is above 50.8 NF count ( 60s ) but upto and including 76.2 counts (90s) . Rs . 1.50 (Rupees One and paise fifty only ) por Kg.
( iil) if the yarn is above 76.2 NF count (90s ) but upto and including 84.7 NF count (1008). Rs . 6 (Rupees Six only) per Kg .
(iv) if the yarn is above 84.7 NF count ( 1008 ) . Rs . 11.30 (Rupees eleven and paise thirty only) per Kg .

2. In proviso ( 1 ) under sub - item ( i ) of item (c) of Sub - Serial No. 2503 for the words " on ac count of fibre content read " on account of synthetic fibre content" .

4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रति अदायगी/पी० एन ० 1 , दिनांक अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी से एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैः-
1. उपक्रमांक 2503 के खण्ड (ग ) की मद ( 1 ) के उपमद ( छ ) तथा तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा , श्रर्थात्ः--
(छ) बागे में सूती अन्तर्वस्तुः
0.32 रु ० ( केवल बत्तीस पैसे ) प्रति किलो ग्राम ।
(i ) यदि धागा 42.3 एन ० एफ ० काउंट (50 एस ० ) का और उससे अधिक परन्तु 50.8 एन ० एफ ० काउंट ( 60 एस ० ) तक, जिसमें 50.8 एन ० एफ० काउंट (60 एस ० ) शामिल है , का हो ।
1.50 रु ० ( केवल एक रुपया पचास पैसे) प्रतिकि ० ग्रा ० ।
(ii) यदि धागा 50.8 एन ० एफ ० काउंट (60 एस ० ) से अधिक परन्तु 76.2 काउंट ( 90 एस ० ) तक जिसमें 76.2 काउंट ( 9० एस ० ) शामिल है , का हो ।
6.00 रु ० ( केवल छः रुपये ) प्रति कि० ग्रा ० ।
( iii ) यदि धागा 76.2 काउंट ( 90 एस ० ) से अधिक परन्तु 84.7 एन ० एफ ० काउंट (100 एस ० ) तक, जिसमें 84.7 एन ० एफ ० काउंट ( 100 एस ० ) शामिल है , का हो ।
11.30 रु ० ( केवल ग्यारह रुपये तोस पैसे) प्रति कि० ग्रा ० ।
(iv) यदि धागा 84.7 एन ० एफ ० काउंट (100 ए १० ) से अधिक का हो ।
2. उपक्रमांक 2503 की मद (ग ) की उपमद ( क्ष ) के अन्तर्गत परन्तुक ( 1 ) में " तन्तु अन्तर्वस्तु के कारण " शब्दों के स्थान पर "संश्लिष्ट तन्तु अन्तर्वस्तु के कारण " पढ़िये ।
3. उपक्रमांक 2504 और तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा, अर्थात्ः--

(i) यदि धागा 42.3 एन ० एफ ० काउंट (50 एस०) और इससे अधिक परन्तु 50.8 एन ० एफ ० काउंट ( 60 एस० ) तक का हो जिसमें 50.8 एन ० एफ ० काउंट ( 60 एस ० ) भी शामिल है ।
1.45 रु ० ( केवल एक रुपया पैतालीस पैसे) प्रति कि० ग्रा ० ।
( ii) यदि धागा 50.8 एन ० एफ ० काउंट (60 एस० ) से अधिक परन्तु 76.2 एन ० एफ ० काउंट ( 90 एस ० ) तक का हो जिसमें 76.2 एन ० एफ ० काउंट (90 एस ० ) भी शामिल है ।
5.80 रु ० ( केवल पांच रुपये अस्सी पैसे) प्रति कि ० ग्रा ० ।
(iii) यदि धागा 76.2 एन ० एफ ० काउंट (90 एस ० ) से अधिक परन्तु 84.7 एन ० एफ ० काउंट ( 100 एस ०) तक का हो , जिसमें 84.7 एन ० एफ ० काउंट (100 एस ० ) भी शामिल है

11.30 रु ० ( केवल ग्यारह रुपये और तीस पैसे) प्रति किलोग्राम ।
( iv) जहां धागे में प्रयुक्त सूत के सभी रेशे 84.7 एन ० एफ ० काउंट ( 100 एस ० ) से अधिक हों ।
(ख ) कोरा (अप्रक्रियागत ) :
0.30 रुपये ( फेवल तीस पैसे) प्रति किलोग्राम ।
(i ) जहां धागे में प्रयुक्त सुत के सभी रेसे 42. 3 एन ० एफ ० काउंट ( 50 एस ०) और उससे अधिक हों परन्तु 50.8 एन ० एफ ० काउंट ( 60 एस ० ) तक हों, जिसमें 50.8 एन ० एफ ० काउंट ( 60 एस ० ) भो शामिल हैं ।
1.4.5 रु ० ( केवल एक रुपया और पैतालीस पैसे) प्रति किलोग्राम ।
(ii ) जहां धागे में प्रयुक्त सूत के सभी रेशे 50. 8 एन ० एफ ० काउंट ( 60 एस ० ) से अधिक , परन्तु 76.2 एन ० एफ ० काउंट ( 90 एस ० ) तक हों, जिसमें 76.2 एन ० एफ ० काउंट ( 90 एस ० ) भी शामिल हैं ।

4. उपक्रमांक 2602 और तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा:--
2602 प्रक्रियागत सूती वस्त्र जिनमें सूत की मात्रा 90 प्रतिशत से अधिक हो ।
( क) 42.3 एन ० एक ० काउंट ( 50 एस०) और उससे अधिक परन्तु 50.8 एन ० एक ० काउंट ( 60 एस ०) तक के सुती धागे, जिनमें 50.8 एन० एफ ० काउंट ( 60 एस ० ) भी शामिल है, में सुत अन्तर्वस्तु के प्रति किलोग्राम पर 0.32 रुपये ( केवल बत्तीस पैसे ) ।
(ख) 50.8 एन ० एफ ० काउन्ट ( 60 एस ० ) से अधिक परन्तु 76.2 एन० एफ ० काउन्ट ( 9० एस ० ) तक के सूती धागे जिनमें 76.2 एन ० एफ ० काउन्ट ( 90 एस ० ) भी शामिल है, में सूत अन्तर्वस्तु के प्रति किलोग्राम पर 1.50 रु ० ( केवल एक रुपया और पचास पैसे ) ।
(ग) 76.2 एन ० एफ ० काउन्ट ( 100 एस ० ) से अधिक परन्तु 84.7 एन ०एफ ० काउंट ( 100 एस ० ) तक के सूती धागे , जिनमें 84'7 एन ० एफ ० काउन्ट ( 100 एस ० ) भी शामिल है, में सूत अन्तर्वस्तु के प्रति किलोग्राम पर 6.00 रु ० (केबल छ ० रुपये ) ।
(घ) 84.7 एन ० एफ ० काउन्ट ( 100 एस ० ) से अधिक के सूती धागे की सूत अन्तर्वस्तु के प्रति किलोग्राम पर 11.30 रुपये ( केवल ग्यारह रुपये और प्तीस पैसे ) ।
5. प्रवर्तमान उप - क्रमांक 2603 और तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्मलिखित प्रति- स्थापित किया जायगा:--
2603 श्रप्रक्रियागत सूती वस्त्र जिनमें सूत की मात्रा 90 प्रतिशत से अधिक हो ।
( क ) 42.3 एन ० एफ ० काउन्ट ( 50 एस ० ) और उससे अधिक परन्तु 50.8 एन ० एफ० काउन्ट ( 60 एस ० ) तक के सूती धागे, जिनमें 50.8 एन ०एफ ० काउन्ट ( 60 एस ० ) भी शामिल है , में सूत अन्तर्वस्तु के प्रति किलोग्राम पर 0.30 रु ० (केवल तीस पैसे ) ।

(ii ) the count of yarashallbesize of grey insized yara expressed as the number of 1000 metres hanks per one halfKg.
(iii) the manufacturer / exporter declares in the Shipping B'll that central excise duty on yarn used in the manufacture of cotton fabrics has been paid.

सं ० प्रतिप्रवायगी/ सा ० सू०-7/ 76.--सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्त्र , असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52 / फा ० सं ० 602/2/70 प्र ०८० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिअदायगी/ पी० एन ० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर, 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है: --

(i) 100 काउन्ट से अधिक की धागा अन्तर्वस्तु
16.60 रुपये ( केवल सोलह रुपये और साठ पैसे ) प्रति किलोग्राम ।

11.30 रु ० ( केवल ग्यारह रुपये और तीस पैसे) प्रति किलोग्राम ।
( ii) 90 काउन्ट से अधिक और 100 काउन्ट की धागा अन्तर्वस्तु तक , जिसमें 100 काउन्ट भी शामिल हैं ।
6.80 रुपये ( केवल छः रुपये और अस्सी पैसे) प्रति किलोग्राम ।
( iii) 84 काउन्ट से अधिक और 90 काउन्ट की धागा अन्तर्वस्तु तक, जिसमें 90 काउन्ट भी शामिल हैं ।
6.30 रुपये ( केवल छः रुपये और तीस पैसे) प्रति किलोग्राम।
( iv) 69 काउन्ट से अधिक और 84 काउन्ट की धागा अन्तर्वस्तु तक, जिसमें 84 काउन्ट भी शामिल है ।
6.00 रुपये ( केवल छः रुपये ) प्रति किलोग्राम ।
( v) 60 काउन्ट से अधिक और 69 काउन्ट की धागा अन्तर्वस्तु तक , जिसमें 69 काउन्ट भी शामिल है ।
4.80 रुपये ( केवल चार रुपये और अस्सी पैसे ) प्रति किलोग्राम ।
( vi) 51 काउन्ट से अधिक और 60 काउन्ट की धागा अन्तर्वस्तु तक, जिसमें 60 काउन्ट भी शामिल है ।
4.00 रुपये ( केवल चार रुपये ) प्रति किलोग्राम ।
( vii ) 40 अथवा इससे अधिक काउन्ट परन्तु 51 से कम काउन्ट की धागा अन्तर्वस्तु ।
1.80 रुपये ( केवल एक रुपया और अस्सी पैसे) प्रति किलोग्राम ।
(viii ) 34 अथवा इससे अधिक काउन्ट परन्तु 40 से कम काउन्ट की धागा अन्तर्वस्तु ।
1.60 रुपये (केवल एक रुपया साठ पैसे) प्रति किलोग्राम ।
( ix) 29 अथवा इससे अधिक काउन्ट परन्तु 34 से कम काउन्ट की धागा अन्तर्वस्तु ।
0.64 २० ( केवल भौसठ पैसे) प्रति किलोग्राम ।
(X) 22 अथवा इससे अधिक काउन्ट परन्तु 29 से कम काउम्ट की धागा अन्तर्वस्तु ।
0.21 रु ० ( केवल इक्कीस पैसे ) प्रति किलोग्राम ।
(Xi ) 14 अथवा इससे अधिक काउन्ट परन्तु 22 से कम काउन्ट की धागा अन्तर्वस्तु ।
0.10 रुपया ( केवल बस पैसे ) प्रति
किलोग्राम ।
(xii) 14 काउन्ट से कम की धागा श्रन्त- र्वस्तु ।

परन्तु:--
(i) जहां वस्त्र में विभिन्न काउन्ट के दो अथवा दो से अधिक धागे हों तथा/अथवा उपर्युक्त विभिन्न काउन्ट समूहों के अस्तर्गत श्राते हों तो प्रतिश्रदायगी, प्रत्येक वर्ग के धागे के भार के आधार पर उक्त काउन्ट समूहों पर लागू वर मंजूर की जायगी ।
( ii ) धागे का काउन्ट कोरे बिना कलक के धागे का साइज होगा जो प्रति आधा किलोग्राम 1000 मीटर की श्रट्टियों के रूप में व्यक्त किया गया है ।
( iii ) निर्माता/ निर्यातकर्ता पोत परिवह्न वित्त में घोषित करता है कि सूती वस्त्रों के निर्माण में इस्तेमाल किये गये धागे पर केन्द्रीय उत्पादशुल्क की अदायगी की आ चुकी है ।
