NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21th December 1975
S.O. 13(E).—Whereas the Government of Rajasthan have intimated a few alterations In the name and extent of territorial divisions in the State and inadvertent slip or omissions in the description of certain assembly constituencies mentioned in Table B of the Delimi- tation Commission's Order No. 44 of 30th June, 1975, in respect of the State of Rajasthan;
And whereas the Commission considers it necessary and expedient to make amendments in the description of the extent of those constituencies and correct the errors arising from inadvertent slip or ommssion so as to bring the order correct and uptodate;
Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Delimitation Act, 1972, the Election Commission hereby makes the corrections in the said order as follows:—
I—In Table B—Assembly Constituencies—
(i) Under column 2, against 97-Pushkar, in the description of the extent of the constituency, for the words "Ajmer-I RIC" the words and brackets Ajmer-I RIC (excluding Ajmer Municipal Council)" shall be substituted;
(ii) Under column 2, against 100-Masuda, in the description of the extent of the constituency, for the words and brackets "Nayanagar RIC (deluding P.C. 63-Nayanagar)", the words and brackets "Nayanagar RIC (excluding Beawar Municipal Council and P.C. 63-Nayanagar)" shall be substituted;

24 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART I I-(iii) Under column 2, against 107-Kota and 108-Ladpura, In the description of the extent of tne constituencies, for the words "Kota Municipality" the words Kota M uiucipal Council" shall bc substituted;
(iv) Under column 2, against 109-Digod, in the description of the extent of the constituency, for the existing entry, the entry "Digod tahsil and Sangod tahsil (excluding Bapawar RIC) of Kota District; and P.C. Gagron in Jhalawar RIC m Jhalrapatan tahsil of Jhalawar District", shall be substituted;
(v) Under column 2, against 118-JhaIrapatan, in the description of the extent of the constituency for the existing entry, the entry "Jhalrapatan tahsil (exclud- ing P.C. Gangron in Jhalawar RIC)" shall be substituted;
(vi) Under column 2, against ]29-Danpur (ST) in the description of the extent of the constituency, for the words "and Banswara town" the words "and Banswara Municipal Board" shall be substituted;
(vii) Under column 2, against 142-Udaipur and 143-Udaipur Rural (ST) in the description of th" extent of the constituencies, for the words "Udaipur Muni- cipality" the words "Udaipur Municipal Council" shall be substituted;
(viii) Under column 2. against 177-Barmer, in the description of the extent of the constituency, for the words "Banner town'* the words "Banner Municipal Board" shall be substituted;
(ix) Under column 2, against 183-Jodhpur, 184-Sardarpura and 185-SuT8agar (SO, in the description of the extent of the constituencies, for the words "Jodhpur Municipality" the words "Jodhpur Municipal Council" shall be substituted;
(x) Under column 2, against 189-Osian, in the description of the extent of the constituency, for the words "and Bhikampur RIC" the words "and Bbikam- kore RIC" shall be substituted; and
(xi) Under column 2, against 200-Mundwa, in the description of the exent of the constituency, for the words "Nagur Municipality" the words "Nagur Muni- cipal Board" shall be substituted.
II. In the Note, in sub-para (1), for the existing entry, the entry "Any reference in this Table to a district, tahsil, RTC P.C, Ward or other territorial division shall be taken to mean the area comprised within that district, tehsil, RlC, P.C, Ward or other terri- torial division on the 1st day of August, 1975, except that the reference to a ward in Ajmer Municipal Council shall be taken to mean the area comprised within that ward on the 18th day of October, 1974. shall be substituted.
