New Delhi , the 30th December , 1975
S.O. 16 ( E ) . Whereas the Government of the State of Andhra Pradesh have intimated a few alterations in the name and extent of the territorial divisions in the State and inadvertent slip or omission in the description of certain assembly constituencies mentioned in Table B of the Delimitation Commission's Order No. 32 of 1 January , 1975 , in respect of the State of Andhra Pradesh;
And whereas the Commission considers it necessary and expedient to make amendments in the description of those constituencies and correct the errors arising from inadvertent slip or omission so as to bring the Order correct and up-to-date;
Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Delimitation Act , 1972 , the Election Commission hereby makes the corrections in Table B of the said Order as follows :-
( i ) Under Column 2 against '22 -Bhogapuram' , in the description of the extent of the constituency for the existing entry , the entry " Bhoga- puram , Konada, Kumili and Denkada firkas and Tagarapuvalasa firka ( excluding villages 46 - Tagarapuvalasa and 87 - Sangivalasa ) in Bheemunipatnam taluk ." shall be substituted;
( ii ) Under column 2 against '23 -Bheemunipatnam' , in the description of the extent of the constituency for the existing entry , the entry

"Bheemunipatnam municipality including villages 46 - Tagarapuvalasa and 87 - Sangivalasa of Tagarapuvalasa firka and Bheemunipatnam , Anandapuram, Revidi and Korukonda firkas in Bheemunipatnam taluk; and Alamanda firka in Srungavarapukota taluk . " shall be substituted;
( iii ) Under column 2 against ' 208 - Sanathnagar ' , in the description of the extent of the constituency, for the words " Fatehnagar circle in Hyderabad urban taluk " , the words " Fathenagar Town in Amirpet circle of Hyderabad urban taluk " , shall be substituted;
( iv) Under column 2 against ' 211 - Secunderabad Cantonment ( SC ) ' , in the description of the extent of the constituency for the existing entry , the entry " Secunderabad Cantonment and Bowenpally Town and village 14 - Ferozguda in Amirpet circle , and Macha Bolaram , Lalaguda and Malkajgiri towns and Tirumalgiri circle , in Hyderabad urban taluk . " shall be substituted;
(v) Under column 2 against ' 218 - Charminar' , in the description of the extent of the constituency for the existing entry, the entry " Wards 19 to 21 in Hyderabad division of Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad and thethe rural villages Attapur , Alisamandar , Bumrukunddoula , Mailardevpally , Pallecheru , Lakshmiguda and Balapur in Bahadur- pura circle , in Hyderabad urban taluk " shall be substituted ;
(vi ) Under column 2 againsagainst ' 262 - Jangaon ' , in the description of the extent of the constituency , for " 148 - Goolapally " read " 148 - Gollapally " ;
(vii ) Under column 2 against " 267 - Wardhannapet " , in the description of the extent of the constituency , for " 154 - Singanampalli ( Vidyanagar ) " read " 154 - Singaram Pattı Vidyanagar " ; and
(viii ) In the Note at the end of the Order , for the words and figures " 1st day of January , 1975 " , the words and figures " 1st day of August , 1975 " , shall be substituted .

का ० ग्रा० 16 ( प्र) . प्रान्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य सरकार ने, आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के प्रादेशिक खण्डों के नामों श्रीर विस्तार में कुछ परिवर्तन और उप राज्य के सम्बन्ध में परिसीमन आयोग के तारीख 1 जनवरी, 1975 के आदेश सं ० 32 को सारणी ख में णित कतिपय सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के वर्णन में अनवधानता से हुई भूल या चूक संसूचित की हैं ;
और, निर्वाचन आयोग उन निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के वर्गन में संशोधन करना तथा उक्त आदेश को ठीक और अधनन करने के लिए अनवधानता से हुई भूज या चूक से परिणामित गलतियों को ठीक करना आवश्यक और समीचीन समझता है ;
अनः , अब , परिसीमन अधिनियम, 1972 की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निर्वाचन श्रायोग उक्त आदेण को सारणी ख में निम्नलिखित के अनुसार संशोधन करता है: --
(i ) स्तम्भ 2 के नीचे , '22 -भोगापुरम ' के सामने , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " भीमुनिपटनम तालुक में भोगापुर कोनाडा, कुमिलि और डेन्काना फिरके तथा टागरापुवालसा ( भिदरका ) 46 -टागरापुवालसा और 87- संगीवालसा ग्रामों को छोड़कर ) । " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;

( ii ) स्तम्भ 2 नोचे '23 . भोमुनिपटनम' के सामने , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के बिस्तार के वर्णन में विद्यमान प्रविष्ट के स्थान पर " भोमुनिपटनम तालुक में टागरापुवालता फिरका के 46-टागरापुवालसा और 87-संगीवालप्ता ग्रामों को सम्मिलित करते हुए भोमुनिपटनम नगरपालिका तथा भोमुनिपटनम, आनन्दपुरम, रेबिड़ी तथा कोरुकेण्डा फिरके तथा संहंगवारापुकोटा तालुक में आलामंडा फिरका " प्रविष्टि रखो जाएंगी;
(iii) स्तम्भ 2 के नोच ' 208 - सनाथनगर ' के सामने , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में श्राए हुए "हैदराबाद नगरीय तालुक में फतेहपुर सर्किल " शब्दों के स्थान पर "हैदराबाद नगरीय तालुक के अमीरपेट सर्किल में फतेहनगर टाउन " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
(in । स्तम्भ 2 के नीचे , ' 211 - सिकन्द्राबाद छावनी ( अ ० जा ० ) के सामने' निर्वाचन क्षेत्रा के विस्तार के वर्णन में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर "हैदराबाद नगरीय तालुक में सिकन्द्राबाद छावनी तथा बोवेनपल्ली टाउन तथा अमीरपेट सर्किल में 14- फिरोजगुड़ा ग्राम तथा माचाबोलाराम , लालगुड़ा , एवं मलकाजगिरि टाउन, और तिरुमलगिरि सकिल । " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
( v ) स्तम्भ 2 को नीच ' 218 -चारमीनार' के सामने , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर "हैदराबाद नगर निगम के हैदराबाद डिवीजन के वार्ड सं ० 19 से 21 तक तथा हैदराबाद नगरीय तालुक में बहादुरपुरा सकिल के अट्टापुर , अलिसामंडार , बुमरुझुंडीला, मैलारदेवपल्ली , पाल्लेचेरु, लक्ष्मीगुडा और बालापुर ग्राम । " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;
( vi ) स्तम्भ 2 के नीचे ' 262 - जनगांव ' के सामने निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में , " 148 - गूलापल्ली" के स्थान पर, " 148-गोल्लापल्लो" पढ़िए ;
(vii ) स्तम्भ 2 के नोचे ' 267- वर्धनापेट ' के सामने , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में " 154- सिगनामपल्ली विधानगर " के स्थान पर " 154-सिंगाराम पट्टी विधानगर" पढ़िए; तथा
(viii ) उक्त आदेश के अंत में सारणी में, " 1975 के जनवरी मास के प्रथम दिन " शब्द और अंको के स्थान पर " 1975 के अगस्त मास के प्रथम दिन " शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे ।
