NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th January. 1976
G.S.R. 13(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Fertiliser (Movement Control) Order, 1973, namely:—
1 (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Movement Control) Amendment Order, 1076.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2 In the Schedule to the Fertiliser (Movement Control) Order, 1973, after Serial number 43 and the entry relating thereto, the following Serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely. -
