New Delhi , the 5th January 1976
S.O. 20 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports Control) Act , 19471947 ( 18 ot 1947) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Imports (Control ) Order , 1955 , namely :
1. This Order may be called the Imports ( Contol ) first Amendment Order , 1976 .
2. In Schedule I to the Imports ( Control ) Order , 1955--
(A) In Part I

का ० प्रा ० 20 ( प्र ) . आयात तथा निर्यात ( नियंत्रण) अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 का 18 ) के खंड 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए केद्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा आयान (नियंत्रण) आदेश , 1955 में और श्रागे संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश की रचना करती है:
1. इस श्रादेश को श्रायात (निर्यात) प्रथम संशोधन आदेश , 1976 की संज्ञा दी जाए ।
2. आयात (नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1955 के लिए अनुसूची-1 में-
(क) भाग-1 में
जन्म संख्या 17 और सम्बद्ध प्रविष्टियो के लिए निम्नलिखित ऋप सख्या और प्रविष्टियो को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:---
