NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th January, 1976
S.O. 26(E).—Whereas the Government of Manipur have intimated certain alterations in the name and extent of territorial divisions in the State, referred to in the description of certain assembly constituencies mentioned in Table B of the Delimitation Commission's Order No. 7 of 18 October, 1973, in respect of the State of Manipur;
And whereas the Commission considers it necessary and expedient to make amendments in the said Order so as to bring the Order correct and uptodate;
Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Delimita- tion Act, 1972, the Election Commission hereby makes the corrections in the said. Order as follows:—
I — In Table P.-Assembly Constituencies, between the entries "40- Jiribam" and "41-Chadel (ST)" in column 2, the sub heading "TENG- NOUPAL DISTRICT" shall be inserted.
