SUBJECT.-—Terms and conditions governing the issuance of Import licences financed under

International Development Association Credit No. 528-/IN (Industrial Imports).

No. 2-ITC(PN)/76.—Attention is invited to Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 37/75, dated the 22nd May, 1975, containing the terms and conditions governing the issuance of import licences financed under IDA Credit No. 528-IN (10th Industrial Im- ports Project).

2. The existing entry at SI. No. 9 of Anncxure I to the Appendix to the above mentioned Public Notice may be amended to read as follows:— "machine tools, cutting tools and small tools, abrassives, ball and roller bearings." D.
