Clause 4 of the Bill seeks to insert a new; clause (p) after clause (o) of sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Act. This new provision confers power on the Central Government toi specify, by notification in the Official Gazette, any Fund other than the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund, contributions to which would come within the purview of deduc- tions under that clause. This is a matter of detail and as such, the delega- tion of power is of a normal character.
