SUBJECT . Import Policy for Registered Exporters for the period April 1975- March 1976 (Amendments)
No. 5 - ITC ( PN ) / 75 . - Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Ex- posters as contained in the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book - Volume II ) for the period April 1975-March 1976 published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 21- ITC (PN) / 75 dated the 7th April , 1975 .

Such nomination shall be subject to the condi- tion inter - alia that the nominee shall have the imported wool converted into yarn only from a recognised spinner of wool holding a permit issued by the To Textile Commissioner and that he shall intimate the name , address and the Permit Number of such spinner to the licensing authority and the Textile. Commissioner within a period of 30 days from the date the imported wool is given to such spinner . निम्नलिखित टिप्पणी कालम -5 में जोड़ी जाए:--- " * ( 2 ) विद्युतीय पखों के निर्यातों के जहाज पर्यन्त निशुल्क मूल्य के 15 प्रतिशत की दर पर अतिरिक्त हकदारी इलैक्ट्रिकल स्टील स्टेम्पिग्स के लिए उपलब्ध होगी । इस मद के आयात की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी । यह मद केवल खण्ड 1 , भाग " बी" पैरा 44-बी के अधीन तय की गई कीमत पर संभरण को सुकर बनाने के लिए कालम 4 में सम्मिलित की गई है । आवेदन करने पर , इस मद के लिए रिहाई आदेश , विद्युतीय पखों के निर्यातों के जहाज पर्यन्त निशुल्क मूल्य के अधिकतम 15 प्रतिशत मूल्य के लिए देसी उत्पादकों पर जारी किए जा सकते हैं । "
निम्नलिखित मद कालम 4 में सम्मिलित की जाए: -- " ( एच ) जस्ता सिल्लियां । 1:

परिवर्तित कराना पड़ेगा और यह कि ऐसे व्यक्ति को कताई के लिए आयातित ऊन दिया जाने की तिथि से 30 दिनों की अवधि के भीतर लाइसेंस प्राधिकारी और वस्त्र आयुक्त को कताई करने वाले व्यक्ति के नाम , पते और परमिट संख्या से अवगत कराना पड़ेगा । इस प्रकार प्राप्त किया गया धागा नामित व्यक्तिद्वारा अपने निजी कारखाने में उत्पादन के लिए उपयोग किया जाएगा ।"
