No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-I dated the 15th October, 1971 :—
After item (3) of Sub-Serial No. 3810 and the entries relating thereto, the following sub-serial No 8. and the entries shall be inserted, namely :—

Explanation.— In order to determine whether the importation or release of material is within the period of 6 months (to be calculated from or after 1-10*75) immediately pre- ceeding the date of exportation, the date of importation ol the mnKripl in the case of materials imported directly and the date of release order in the case cf materials released by the MMTC shall be taken into account.
