ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th January 1976
S.O. 38(E).—Whereas the Government of Gujarat have intimated a few alterations in the extent of territorial divisions in the State and inadvertent slip or omission in the des- cription of the extent of certain assembly constituencies mentioned in Table B of the Delimitation Commission's Order No. 27 of 8 November, 1974, in respect of the State of Gujarat;
And whereas the Commission considers it necessary and expendient to make amend- ments in the description of the extent of those constituencies and correct the errors aris- ing from inadvertent slip or omission so as to bring the Order correct and up-to-date;
Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Delimitation Act, 1972, the Election Commission hereby makes the corrections in the said Order as follows:—
1. In Table B-Assembly Constituencies—
(i) Under column 2, against 14-Tankara, in the description of the extent of the constituency, for the words "in Dhrol Circle" the words "in Jalia Mansar circle" shall be substituted.
