New Delhi, the 16th January 1976
No. F.2(27)-NS/75.—In pursuance of para 1 of the Notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs No. F.3(ll)-NS/72 dated the 16th October, 1973, as amended, subsequently, the Fourth Draw for the award of prizes to be decided by draw of lots from among account- holders in the Post Office Savings Bank, who have kept a balance of not less than Rs. 200, which qualified for interest, during the period from April, 1975 to Septem- ber, 1975 will be held on the 31st January, 1976 at the Maharashtra Rangayan opposite Paharganj Police Station,, New Delhi. The Draw will commence at 10 a.m. and will be held under the supervision of the Government of India. For this purpose the Government of India have constitute a Committee as follows:— 1. Smt. Saraswati Fradhan, M.P. (Rajya Sabha)-—Chairman. 2. Shri Ram Gopal Reddy, M.P. (Lok Sabha)—Member. 3. Dr. (Mrs.) Usha Banerjee, Chairman, Delhi Social Welfare Advisory
