G.S.R. 25 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 (61 of 1951 ) . read with sub- rule ( 1 ) and the first ; pro- viso to sub - rule (2 ) of rule 4 of the Indian AdministrativeAministrative Service ( Cadre ) Rules , 1954, the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955. namely-
1. ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Second Amendment Regulations , 1976 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1955 , unde 'Karnataka ' for the entries: - ~
6 (1 ) Commissioner and Secretary to Government
4 (2) Secretary to Government
ייר (3) Joint Registrar of Co- operative Societies
the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
7 (1) "Commissioner and Secretary to Government
3 (2) Secretary to Government
1 (3) Joint Registrar of Co- operative Societies

सा० का० ति ० 25 ( प्र) -भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम , 1954 के नियम 4 के उपनियम ( 2 ) के प्रथम परन्तुक और उपनियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम , 1951 का ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , कर्नाटक सरकार के परामर्श से , भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( सवर्ग के पदों को संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1955 में आगे सशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:--
( 1) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( सवर्ग के पदों की संख्या का नियतन) दूसरा संशोधन विनियम , 1976 है ।
( 2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( सवर्ग के पदों की सख्या का नियतन ) विनियम, 1955 की अनुसूची में ' कर्नाटक ' के अधीन :--
6 1. " श्रायुक्त और सरकार के सचिव
2. सरकार के सचिव

2" 3. सहकारी समितियों के संयुक्त पंजीकार
प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्: -

3 ( 2) सरकार के सचिव
1 (3 ) सहकारी समितियों के सयुक्त पंजीकार

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Service Act , 1951 (61 of 1951 ) , read with rule 11 of the Indian Adminis- trative Service (Pay) Rules , 1954, the Central Government , in consultation with the Gov- ernment of Karnataka , hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Services ( Pay) Rules , 1954 , namely:-
1. (1 ) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service ( Pay ) Second Amend- ment Rules , 1976 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In Schedule III -B to the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules , 1954 , against "Karnataka" , the entry "Chief Marketing Officer " shall be inserted in column 2 after the entry "Senior Assistant Commissioner/Gazetted Assistant to Divisional Commissioner / Special Deputy Commissioner. "

सा० फा ० ति ० 26 ( श्र) -भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन) नियम, 1954 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की अधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार कर्नाटक सरकार के परामर्श से , भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1954 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:--
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा (वेतन ) दूसरा सशोधन नियम, 1976 है ।
( 2) ये सरकार राजपत्र में इन के प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1954 की अनुसुची- III-ख में " कर्नाटक " के सामने " मुख्य विपणन अधिकारी " प्रविष्टि को " वरिष्ठ सहायक आयुक्त / मण्डल आयुक्त के राजपत्रित सहायक / विशेष उप आयुक्त " प्रविष्टि के बाद कालम 2 में जोड़ दिया जाएगा ।
