ORDER

New Delhi, the 22nd January, 1976

G.S.R. 34(E)/Ess. Com.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs, No. S.O.452(E), dated the 26th August, 1975, the Central Govern- ment hereby directs that the Orders, specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed hereto shall extend to, and come into force in, the State of Sikkim, with effect on and from the 2,6th of January, 1976, subject to the modifications, if any., specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) thereof.
