ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th January 1976
S.O. 54(E).—Whereas the Government of Himachal Pradesh have intimated a few alterations in the names and extent of territorial divisions mentioned in the description of the extent of certain assembly constituencies in Table B of the Delimitation Commission's Order No. 19 of 31 July, 1974, in respect of the State of Himachal Pradesh;
And whereas the Commission considers it necessary and expedient to make amendments in the description of the extent of those constituencies so as to bring the Order correct and uptodate;
Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Delimitation Act, 1972, the Election Commission hereby makes the corrections in Table B of the said Order as follows: —
(i) Under column 2, against '33-Kutlehar', in the description of the extent of the constituency for the words "Kutlehar K. C", the words "Bangana sub-tehsil;" shall be substituted;
