ORDER
New Delhi , the 23rd January 1976
S.O. 56 ( E ) / 18AA / IDRA / 75 . Whereas in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 18AA of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government in the late Ministry of Industrial Develop- ment by its Order No. S.O. 542 ( E ) / 18AA / IDRA/ 18AA / IDRA / 74 , dated the 13th September , 1974 , authorised the Board of Management comprising the body of persons referred to in paragraph 2 of the said Order ( hereinafter referred to as the earlier Board ) , to take over the management of the Amritsar Oil Works , Amritsar , a factory of the undertaking known as Amritsar Sugar Mills Company Limited , Amritsar ( herein . after referred to as the said factory ) ;
And whereas the earlier Board took over the management , for a period of five years , of the said factory on the 13th September , 1974 and have been holding. office as such subject to the right of the Central Government to terminate the same earller;
And whereas the Central Government considers it necessary to terminate the appointment of the earlier Board as authorised person and to authorise instead of the body of persons referred to in paragraph 2 of this Order as the Board of Management;

Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 18AA of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 , ( 65 of 1951 ) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Government hereby terminates the appointment of the earlier Board as authorised person and authorises instead the body of persons referred to in paragraph 2 of this Order as the Board of Management of the said factory subject to the following terms and conditions , namely :
( 1 ) the Board shall comply with all directions issued from time to time by the Central Government .
( ii ) the Board shall hold office upto and inclusive of 12th September , 1979 ( iii ) the Central Government may terminate the appointment of the Board or any of the persons comprising the Board earearlier, if it considers it necessary to do so .
2. The Board of Management shall consist of the following namely :-

का० प्रा० 56 ( श्र) / 18 करु/आाई डो आर ए/ 75-उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18कक की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , अपने आदेश सं ० का ० आ ० 542 ( ई) / 18 क्क/ आई डी आर ए / 74 , तारीख 13 सितम्बर , 1974 द्वारा , उसके पैरा 2 में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रबन्ध बोर्ड में के व्यक्तियों को , मैथर्स अमृतसर शुगर मिल्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड का , जहां तक वह अमृतसर आयल वर्क्स अमृतसर ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त कारखाना कहा गया है ) के रूप में ज्ञात कारखाने से सम्बन्धित है , प्रबन्ध लेने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया था ;
तथा उक्त बोर्ड ने 10 अक्तूबर , 1974 को उक्त कारखाने का प्रबन्ध ले लिया था ;

तथा उक्न बोर्ड को पुनर्गठिन करने की प्रस्थापना की गई है ;
श्रत अब उद्योग ( निःश्रम और विनियम। ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 कक की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार के औद्योगिक विकास मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का० आ ० 542 ( ई) / 18 कक/ आई डी आर ए / 74, तारीख 13 सितम्बर, 1974 मे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त आदेश के पैरा 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखिन पैरा रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्
