ORDER

New Delhi, the 22nd January 1976

S.O. 63 (E).—In pursuance of sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph (4) of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1970 the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals, Mines and Metals (Department of Mines and Metals) No. S.O. 1873, dated the 18th May, 1970, namely:—

In the Table annexed to the said Order, in column (2)—

against Serial No. 6, Streptomycin for the letters, figures and word "Rs. 343.00 per kg.",

the following shall be substituted, namely: —

"(1) "Rs. 498.00 per kg. for manufacturers other than, Synbiotics Limited;

(2) Rs. 415.71 per kg. for Synbiotics Limited";".
