New Delhi , the 21st January 1976
few S.O. 64 ( E ) -Whereas the Government of Nagaland have intimated alterations in the names and extent of territorial divisions in the State mentioned in the description of certain assembly constituencies in the Table of the Delimita- tion Commission's Order No. 2 of 31st May , 1973. in respect of the State of Nagaland;
And whereas the Commission considers it necessary and expedient to make amendments in the said order so as to bring the Order correct and uptodate;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Delimi- tation Act , 1972 , the Election Commission hereby makes the corrections in the said Order as follows:-
I. In the Table-Assembly Constituencies: -
( i ) after item 15 - Southern Angami - II and before item 16 - Pfutsero , the words " PHEK DISTRICT" shall be inserted ;
( ii ) Under column 2 , against items 16 - Pfutsero , 17 - Chizami , 18 - Chazouba . 19- Phek and 20 - Meluri , in the description of the extent of the consti- tuencies , delete the words " in Phek Sub - division" ;
( iii) after item 30 - Alungtaki and before item 31 - Akuluto the words " ZUNHEBOTO DISTRICT " shall be inserted;
( iv ) Under column 2. against items 31-Akuluto , 32 - Atoizu ; 33 - Suruhuto , 34-Aghunato , 35 - Zunheboto and 36 - Satakha in the description of the extent of the constituencies delete the words " in Zunheboto Sub- division" ;

( v) after item 36 - Satakha and before item 37 -Tyui , the words " WOKHA DISTRICT " shall be inserted ;
( vi ) Under column 2 , against items 37 - Tyuí, 38 - Wokha 39 - Sanis and 40 - Bhandari , in the description of the extent of the constituencies delete the words " in Wokha sub - division" ;
(vii ) after item 40 - Bhandarı and before item 41 - Tizit , for the existing words " TUENSANG DISTRICT" the words " MON DISTRICT " shall be substituted ;
(viii ) Under colunm 2 , ugainst item 41 - Tizit , 42 - Wakching , 43 - Tapi , 44- Phomching, 45 - Tehok 46 - Mon Town and 47 -Abol , inin the descriptio of the extent of the constituencies , delete the words " in Mon Sub- division" ;
( ix) after item 47 -Aboi and before item 48 - Moka , the words " TUENSANG DISTRICT" , shall be inserted ; and
II . In the note at the end of the Order , for the words and figures , " 1st day of May , 1973 " the words and figures " 1st day of August , 1975 " shall be ubstituted .

का० प्रा० 64 ( प्र ) नागालैंड सरकार ने, नागालैंड राज्य के बारे में परिसीमन आयोग के तारीख 31 मई , 1973 के आदेश सं ० 2 की सारणी में वर्णित कतिपय सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के प्रादेशिक खण्डों के नाम और विस्तार के वर्णन मे कुछ परिवर्तन संसूचित किए है ।
और, निर्वाचन आयोग , उक्त आदेश को ठीक और अद्यतन करने के लिए उस श्रादेश में संशोधन करना श्रावश्यक और समीर्च न समझता है;
अन , अन , पर्पा'मीमन अधिनियम, 1972 की धारा 11 दवारा प्रदत्त शधितयों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निर्वाचन आयोग उक्त आदेश मे निम्नलिखित के अनुसार संशोधन करता है-
Ⅰ. सारणी- सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र मे
( i ) मद सं ० 15 दक्षिणी अंगामी- II के बाद , और मद सं ० 16-पफुटसेरी से पहले, " फेक जिला" शब्द श्रतःस्थापित कर विए जाएंगे ;
(ii ) स्तम्भ 2 के नीचे, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन मे , मद सं ० 16 - पफुटसेरी , 17-चिजामी, 18 -चाजोबा, 19 - फेक और 20 - मेलरी में , " फेक उप-खण्ड मे" शब्द हटा दिए जाएंगे ;
( iii) मदमं० 30 - श्रलुंगटाकी के बाद और मदसं ० 31 - प्रकुलुटो से पहले "जुन हेमोटो जिला" शब्द अन्तःस्थापित कर दिए जाएंगे ;
( iv) स्तम्भ 2 के नीचे , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में, मद सं ० 31 -अबु लुटो, 32- श्रतोइज , 33 -सुरुहुटो, 34 -अधुनाटो , 35- जुनहेबोटो और 36 -साटाखा में, " जुनहेबोटो उपखण्ड में " शब्द हटा विए जाएंगे ;
( v ) मद सं ० 36- साटाखा क बाव, और मंद सं ० 37- ट्यूई से पहले, " वौखा जिला " शब्द अन्तःस्थापित कर विए जाएंगे ;

(vi) स्तम्भ 2 के नीचे , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में मद सं ० 37 -ट्यूई, 38- वौखा , 39 -सानिस और 40 - भण्डारी में , " बीखा उप- खण्ड में " शब्द हटा विए जाएंगे ;
(vii) मद सं ० 40 - भण्डारी के बाद और मद सं ० 41-तंजित से पहले, विद्यमान "तुएनसांग जिला" शब्दों क रथान ५ र, "मोन जिजला " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
( viii ) स्तम्भ 2 के नीचे , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में , मद सं ० 41 - तजित, 42--वाकचिंग, 43 -तापी, 44- फोर्माचंग , 45-तेहोक , 46-मोन टाउन ओर 47 -अबोई में, " मोन उप-खण्ड में " शब्द हटा दिए जाएंगे ;
( ix ) मद सं० 47 - अबोई के बाद, और मद सं ० 48- मोका से ण्हले, "तुएनसांग जिना" शब्द अन्तःस्थाति कर दिए जाएंगे ; और
II . उक्त श्रादेश के अंत में टिप्पणी में , " 1973 की मई के प्रथम दिन" शब्दों व अंकों के स्थान पर , " 1975 के अगस्त मास के प्रथम दिन " शब्द व अंक रखे जाएंगे ।
