S.R.O. 6 - E.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 16 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) , the Central Government hereby fixes 7th March , 1976 as the date on which elections in Barrackpore Cantonment shall be held .

का० ति ० प्रा ० 7-६ छावनी मधिनियम, 1924 ( 1924 का 2 ) , की धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार यह समाधान होने पर कि छावनी के प्रशासन के लिये छावनी बोर्ड , पूना के गठन में फेरफार होना बांछनीय है, एतद्वारा तदर्थ घोषणा करती है और यह अतिरिक्त निदेश देती है कि 27 जनवरी , 1976 से एक वर्ष की कालावधि के लिये उक्तछावनी बोर्ड के गठन में फेरफार किया हुआ रहेगा ।

S.R.O. 7 - E - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tron 14 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that for the administration of the Cantonment it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Cantonment Board , Poona , hereby makes a declaration to that effect and further directs that the constitution of the said Board shall stand varied for a period of one year with effect from the 27th Jnauary , 1976 .

का० ति ० प्रा ० ४-६. छावनी अधनियम, 1924 ( 1924 का 2) , की धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 3) के अनुसरण में जिसे भारत सरकार के रक्षा मंत्रालय अधिसूचना संख्या का ० नि ० श्र० 7- ई तारीख 27 जनवरी , 1976 के साथ जो कि भारत सरकार के असाधारण राजपत्न तारीख 27 जनवरी , 1976 को प्रकाशित हुआग्रा बा , पढ़ा जाये, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा अधिसूचित करती है कि अधोलिखित दो व्यक्तियों को स्टेशन के माफिसर कमांडिंग स्टेशन द्वारा छावनी बोर्ड , पूना के सदस्य के रूप में 27 जनवरी , 1976 से मनोनीत किया गया है--

S.R.O. 8 - E.- In pursuance of sub - section ( 3 ) of section 14 of the Canton- ments Act , 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) , read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. S.R.O , 7 - E, dated the 27th January , 1976 published in the Government of India, Extraordinary Gazette , Part II, Section 4, dated the 27th January , 1976 , the Central Government hereby notifies that the following two persons have been nominated by the Officer Commanding the Station , to be the members of the Cantonment Board , Poona with effect from the 27th January , 1976 :--
1. Lt. Col. Rajkumar Singh .
2. Shri Vasanthlal Shah , son of Sakarchand .

का० ति० प्रा० 9 - है. क्लैमेन्ट टाउन छावनी ( बार्डों के विभाजन) नियम, 1975 में संशोधन करने के लिए नियम का एक प्रारुप छावनी अधिनियम, 1924 ( 1924 का 2 ) , की धारा 31 द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित भारत सरकार के रक्षा मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या 30 - श्र, तारीख 24 सितम्बर, 1975 के अधीन भारत के राजपत्र, भाग 2 , खण्ड 4, तारीख 26 सितम्बर , 1975 में प्रकाशित किया गया था , जिसमें 25 नवम्बर , 1975 तक उन सभी व्यक्तियों से आक्षेप और सुझाव मांगे गए थे , जिनके उससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना थी ।
और उक्त राजपत्र 26 सितम्बर , 1975 को जनता को उपलब्ध करा दिया गया था ; और उक्त तारीख के पूर्व किसी भी व्यक्ति से कोई आक्षेप और सुझाव प्राप्त नहीं हुए थे ;

अतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 31 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्ः-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम क्लेमेन्ट टाउम छावनी (वाडौं में विभाजन ) नियम , 1976 है ।
( 2 ) यह राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवस होगा ।
2. क्लेमेन्ट टाउन छावनी में निर्वाचन कराने के प्रयोजन के लिए क्लेमेन्ट टाउन छावनी को चार वार्डों में विभाजित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्

इसकी सीमा छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 44 से आरम्भ होकर पश्चिम दक्षिण दिशा की ओर छावनी सीमा के साथ- साथ , छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 45 तक जाती हैं तत्पश्चात् यह उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा को ओर मुड़कर छावनी सीमा के साथ - साथ चलकर , छावनी सीमा स्तंभ संख्या 46,47,48 , 49, 50 , 51 , 52 , 53 , 54 , 55 , 56 , 57 , 58 , 59 , 60 , 61 , 62 , 63 , 64 और 65 से होकर छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 66 तक जाती है । छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 66 से यह दक्षिण पश्चिमी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ - साथ छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 67 , 68 , 69 , 70 , 71 , 72 और 73 से होकर छावनी सीमा और टर्नर रोड के जन्कशन पर छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 74 तक जाती है । वहां से यह दक्षिण पूर्वी दिशा में टर्नर रोड के पूर्वी किनारे के साथ - साथ मौरोंवाला ग्राम सड़क के " T" जंकशन तक जाती है , तत्पश्चात् यह उत्तर पूर्वी दिशा में मौरोंवाला ग्राम सड़क के पश्चिमी किनारे के साथ- साथ इस सड़क के अन्त तक जाता है जहां कि वह बिन्दाल नदी से मिलती है । वहां से यह बिन्दाल नदी के पश्चिमी तट के साथ - साथ दक्षिण -पूर्व दिशा की ओर सना इंजीनियर सेवा पुल के पश्चिमी कौने तक जाती है , वहां से यह सना इंजीनियर सवा पुल को पार करती है और जलग्रहण क्षेत्र की घेराबन्दी के साथ- साथ उत्तरी दिशा में छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 44 तक अर्थात् इस वार्ड के आरम्भ स्थल तक जाती है ।

वार्ड संख्या 2
इसकी सीमा नौरोंवाला ग्राम सड़क के ' T' जंकशन से अ। रम्भ होती है, तत्पश्चात् यह सीमा उत्तर पूर्वीदिशा में मौरोंवाला ग्राम सड़क के साथ - साथ उसके अन्त तक जाती है और बिन्दाल नदी से जा मिलती है , वहां से यह दक्षिण पूर्वी दिशा में बिन्दास नदी के पश्चिमी तट के साथ- साथ प्रवाह की ओर उस स्थल तक जाती हैहां अफिसर्स सिख लाइट इन्फेन्ट्री रोड समाप्त होती है और बिन्दाल नदी से मिलती है । तत्पश्चात् यह दक्षिण पश्चिमी दिशा में आफिसर्स सिख लाइट इन्फेन्ट्री रोड, के साथ- साथ डकोटा रोड के साथ उनके 'T' जंकशन तक जाती है , वहां से यह डकोटा रोड के साथ साथ उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा की ओर टर्नर रोज के "T " जंकशन तक जाती है , वहां से यह टर्नर रोड के साथ - साथ उत्तरी दिशा की ओर वहां तक जाती है यहां यह मौरींवला ग्राम सड़क के 'T' जंकशन अर्थात् आरम्भ स्थल से मिलती है ।
बार्ड संख्या 3
इसकी सीमा छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 122 से आरम्भ होती है जो मैस भवन के निकट सुख राष नदी के बाएं तट पर स्थित है और छावनी सोमा के साथ -साथ दक्षिण दिशा की ओर , छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 123 , 124 , 125 , 126 , 127 , 128, 129 और 130 से होकर छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 13.1. तक जाती है, तत्पश्चात् यह छावनी सीमा के साथ - साथ पूर्वी दिशा में , छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 132, 133 और 134 से होकर छावनी सीमा स्तंभ 135 तक जाती है । वहां से यह छावनी सीमा के साथ- साथ उत्तरी दिशा में , छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 136 , 137, 138 , 139 , 140, 141 और 142 से होकर छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 1 तक जाती है। वहां से यह छावनी सीमा के साथ - साथ उत्तर पश्चिमी दिशा में छावनी सीमा स्तंभ 2 , 3 और 4 से होकर टेढ़े -मेढ़े रुप में छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 5 तक, छावनी सीमा के साथ- साथ , छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 , 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 , 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 25, 26 , 27 , 28 , 29, 30 , 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 , 35, 36 और 37 से होकर छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 38 तक जाती है । वहां से यह छावनी सीमा के साथ-साथ पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर , छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 39 , 40 और 41 से होकर छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 42 तक जाती है । वहां से यह छावनी सीमा के साथ -साथ दक्षिण पश्चिमी दिशा में छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 43 तक जाती है । तत्पश्चात् यह जलग्रहण क्षेत्र की घेराबन्दी के साथ- साथ दक्षिण दिशा में वहां तक जाती है जहां यह बिन्दाल नदी पर सना इंजीनियर सेवा पुल के उतर पूर्वी कोने पर मिलती है । तत्पश्चात् बिन्दाल नदी पर सेना इंजीनियर सेवा पुल को पार करने के पश्चात् यह सीमा उत्तर पश्चिमी दिशा में प्रवाह की उल्टी दिशा में बिन्दाल नदी के पश्चिमी तट के साथ - साथ उस स्थल तक जाती है जहां आफिसर्स सिख लाइट इन्फेन्ट्री रोड समाप्त होती है और बिन्दाल नदी से मिलती है, वहां से यह आफिसर्स सिख लाइट इन्फेन्ट्री रोड के साथ- साथ दक्षिण पश्चिमी दिशा में , डकोटा रोड के साथ आफिसर्स सिख लाइट इन्फेन्ट्री रोष्ठ के "T' जंकशन तक जाती है । यहां से यह सीमा दक्षिणी दिशा में डकोटा रोड के साथ आफिसर्स मस रोड 'T ' जंकशन तक जाती है , तत्पश्चात् यह सीमा श्राफिसर्स मैस रोड के साथ - साथ दक्षिण पश्चिमी दिशा में डकोटा रोड के साथ- साथ आफिसर्स मैस रोड के "T' जंकशन तक जाती है, वहां से यह सीमा दक्षिण पश्चिमी दिशा में विक्टरी सिनेमा रोड और कैम्प 24 के उत्तर बाली सड़क के साथ डकोटा रोड के "T' जंकशन तक जाती है , तत्पश्चात् यह कैम्प 24 के उत्तर वाली सड़क के साथ - साथ दक्षिणी पूर्वी दिशा में छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 122 श्रर्थात् इस वार्ड के आरम्भ स्थल तक जाती है ।

इसकी सीमा छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 74 से आरम्भ होकर दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा की ओर छावनी सीमा के साथ -साथ छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 75 तक जाती है , वहां से यह उत्तर पश्चिमी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ-साथ छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 76 , 77 , 78 , 79 और 80 से होकर छावनी SEC . 4 ]

सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 81 तक जाती है , वहां से यह दक्षिण पश्चिमी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ- साथ छावनी सीमा स्तंभ 81 , 82 , 83 , 84 , 85 , 86 , 87 , 88 , 89 , 90 , 91 और 92 से होकर छावनी सीमा स्तंभ 93 तक जाती है , वहां से यह पूर्वी दिशा में छावनी सीमा , के साथ- साथ छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 94 तक जाती है , वहां से यह दक्षिण पश्चिमी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ -साथ छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 95 , 96 और 97 से होकर छावनी सीमा स्तंभ 98 तक जाती है, वहां से यह दक्षिणी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ - साथ छावनी सीमा स्तंभ 99 तक जाती है , वहां से यह दक्षिण पश्चिमी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ -साथ छावनी सीमा स्तंभ 100 से होकर छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 101 तक जाती है , वहां से यह दक्षिण पूर्वी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ-साथ छावनी सीमा स्तंभ संख्या 102 , 103 , 104 , 105 , 106 , 107 , 108 , 109 , 110 , 111 , 112 , 113 , 114 श्रौर 115 , से होकर छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 116 तक जाती है , वहां से यह पूर्वी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ - साथ , छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 117, 118 , 119 , 120 और 121 से होकर छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 122 तक जाती है , तत्पश्चात् यह उत्तर पश्चिमी दिशा में कैम्प संख्या 24 के उत्तर वाली सड़क के साथ -साथ डकोटा रोड के " T" जंकशन तक जाती है , तत्पश्चात यह उत्तरी दिशा की ओर श्राफिसर्स मैस रोड के " T" जंकशन तक जाती है, तत्पश्चात यह उत्तर पश्चिमी दिशा की श्रोर आफिसर्स मैस रोड के साथ - साथ वहां तक जाती है जहां यह सेना इंजीनियरी सेवा बंगला सं ० 9 के निकट डकोटा रोड से मिलती है , वहां से यह उत्तर पश्चिमी दिशा में डकोटा रोड के साथ - साथ वहां तक जाती है जहां यह टर्नर रोड के " T" जंकशन पर मिलती है , तत्पश्चात् यह सीमा उत्तरी दिशा में टर्नर रोड के साथ-साथ वहां तक जाती है जहां यह छावनी सीमा स्तभं सं ० 74 अर्थात् इस वार्ड के आरम्भ स्थल से मिलती है ।

S.R.O. 9 - E . Whereas draft of the Clement Town Cantonment ( Division into Wards ) Rules 1975 was published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. S.R.O. 30 - E , dated the 25th September , 1975 in the Gazette of India , Part II , Section 4 , dated the 26th September , 1975 as required by Section 31 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) , for inviting objections and suggestions from all the persons likely to be affected thereby till the 25th November , 1975 .
And whereas the aforesaid Gazette was made available to the public on the 26th September , 1975 ;
And, whereas no objections or suggestions were received from any person before the date so specified .
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules , namely : - 1. Short title and commencement . ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Cle- ment Town Cantonment ( Division into Wards ) Rules , 1976 .
( 2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Division of Cantonment into Wards. For the purpose of holding elections to the Clement Town Cantonment , the Cantonment of Clement Town shall be divided into four wards , namely : --

3. Boundaries of the Wards. The boundaries of each of the Wards shall be as specified in the Schedule hereto annexed.

BOUNDARIES OF WARDS
Ward No. I
The boundary starts from the Cantonment boundary pillar No. 44 and runs towards West South direction along Cantonment boundary upto Cantonment boundary pillar No. 45 further it turns to North West direction and runs along Cantonment boundary upto Cantonment boundary pillar No. 66 through Can- tonment boundary pillar Nos . 46, 47, 48, 49 , 50, 51 , 52 , 53 , 54 , 55 , 56 , 57, 58, 59 , 60, 61 , 62 , 63 , 64 and 65. From Cantonment boundary pillar No. 66 it runs in the South Westerly direction along Cantonment boundary upto Cantonment boundary pillar No. 74 at the junction of Cantonment boundary and Turner Road through Cantonment boundarypundary pillar Nos . 67, 68, 69, 70, 71 , 72 and 73 . Thence it runs along the eastern edge of Turner Road in a South Easterly direction upto ' T' junction of Moronwala village road , further it runs along Western edge of Moronwala village road in a North Easterly direction upto the end of this road till it mects Bindal River . Thence it runs towards South East direction along the Western bank of Bindal river upto the Western corner of Military Engineers Service bridge , thence it crosses the Military Engineers Service (bridge and runs in Northerly direction along fencing of catchment area upto Cantonment boundary pillar No 44 , that is to say , the starting point of this ward.
Ward No. II
The boundary begins from the ' T' junction of the Moronwala village Road , thereafter the boundary runs in a North Easterly direction along Moronwala Village Road till it endends and meets Bindal river , thence it runs down stream in South Easterly direction along the Western bank of Bindal river till it meets the point where Officers Sikh Light Infantry Road ( OSLI ) ends and meets the Bindal river , thence it runs South West along the Officers Sikh Light Infantry Road upto its ' T junction with Dakota Road , thence it runs towards North Westerly direction along Dakota Road upto ' T' junction of Turner Road , thence it runs towards Northerly direction along Turner Road till it joins 'T' junction of Moronwala Village Road , the starting point .
Ward No. III
runs The boundary begins from Cantonment boundary pillar No. 122 which is situated on the left bank of Sukh Rao river near Mess building and towards in a Southerly direction along Cantonment boundary upto Cantonment boundary pillar No. 131 through Cantonment boundary pillar Nos . 123 , 124 , 125 , 126, 127 , 128 , 129 and 130 thereafter it runs in Easterly direction along Canton- ment boundary upto Cantonment boundary pillar No. 135 through Cantonment boundary pillar Nos . 132 , 133 , 134 , thence it runs Northerly direction along Cantonmenttonment bou:boundary upto Cantonment boundary pillar No. 1 through Canton- ment boundary pillar Nos . 136 , 137, 138, 139 , 140 , 141 and 142. Thence it runs in North Westerly direction along Cantonment boundary upto Cantonment boundary pillar No. 5 through Cantonment boundary pillar Nos . 2 , 3 and 4 in zig zag way along Cantonment boundary upto Cantonment boundary pillar No. 38 through Cantonment boundary pillar Nos , 6 , 7, 8 , 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 , 16 , 17, 18 , 19 , 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 25, 26, 27, 28 , 29, 30 , 31 , 32 , 33, 34 , 35 , 36 and 37, thence it runs towards Westerly direction along Canton- ment boundary upto Cantonment boundary pillar No. 42 through Cantonment boundary pillar Nos . 39, 40 and 41. Further after crossing the Military Engineers Service bridge over Bindal river the boundary runs along Western bank of Bindal river up stream in a North Westerly direction upto the point , where Officer Sikh Light Infantry Road cnas and meets the Bindal river , thence it run's South West direction along Oficer Sikh Light Infantry ( OSLI ) Road uptc " T " junction of Officer Sikh Light Infantry ( OSLI ) Road with Dakota Road , thence the boundary runs in a Southerly direction upto " T" junction of Officer Mess Road with Dakota Road , thence the boundary runs in a South Westerly direction along Officer Mess Road upto "T' junction of Officer Mess Road with Dakota Road , thence the boundary runs in a South Westerly direction upto 'T' junction of Dakota Road with Victory Cinema Road and road North side of Camp 24 further it runs in a South Easterly direction along the road North side of Camp 24 upto Canton- ment boundary pillar No. 122 , that is to say , the starting point of this Ward.

The boundary starts from the Cantonment boundary pillar No. 74 and runs along Cantonment boundary towards South Westerly direction upto Canton- ment boundary pillar No. 75 , thence it runs in North Westerly direction along Cantonment boundary upto Cantonment boundary pillar No. 81 through Can- tonment boundary pillar Nos . 76 , 77 , 78 , 79 and 80 , thence it runs along Can- tonment boundary in South Westerly direction upto Cantonment boundary pillar No. 93 through Cantonment boundary pillar Nos . 81 , 82 , 83 , 84 , 85, 86 , 87 , 88 , 89 , 90 , 91 and 92 , thence it runs along Cantonment boundary in Easterly direction upto Cantonment boundary pillar No. 94, thence it runs along Can- tonment boundary in South Westerly direction upto Cantonment boundary pillar No. 98 through Cantonment boundary pillar Nos . 95 , 96 , and 97 , thence it runs along Cantonment boundary in Southerly direction upto Cantonment boundary pillar No. 99 , thence it runs along Cantonment boundary in South Westerly direction upto Cantonment boundary pillar No. 101 through Canton- ment boundary pillar No. 100 , thence it runs along Cantonment boundary in South Easterly direction upto Cantonment boundary pillar No. 116 through Cantonment boundary pillar Nos . 102 , 103 , 104, 105 , 106 , 107 , 108, 109, 110 , 111 , 112, 113 , 114 and 115 thence it runs along Cantonment boundary in Easterly direction upto Cantonment boundary pillar No. 122 through Cantonment boun- dary pillar Nos . 117 , 118, 119 , 120 and 121 , thereafter it goes towards North Westerly direction along Road North side of Camp 24 upto ' T' junction of Dakota Road , thereafter it runs towards Northerly direction upto the " T" june- tion of Officer Mess Road , thereafter it runs towards North Westerly direction along the Officer Mess Road till it meets the Dakota Road near Military Engi- neering Service bungalow No. 9 thence it runs along Dakota Road in a North Westerly direction till it meets the ' T' junction of Turner Road , thereafter the boundary runs along Turner Road in a Northerly direction till it meets Can- tonment boundary pillar No. 74 , that is to say , the starting point of this ward .

का० ति ० प्रा० 10.-ई-छावनी श्रधिनियम 1924 ( 1924 का 2 ) की धारा 16 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार 21 मार्च 1976 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस तारीख को क्लेमंट टाऊन छावनी में साधारण निर्वाचन किए जायेंगे ।

S.R.O. 10 - E.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 16 of the Cantonments Acts 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) , the Central Government hereby fixes 21st March , 1976 as the date on which elections in Clement Town Cantonment shall be held .
