NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th January 1976
G.S.R. 49(E).~In exercise of the powers confened by section 3 of the Essential Com- modities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Fertiliser (Movement Control) Older, 1973, namely —
1 (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Movement Control) 2nd (Amendment) Order, 1976.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette 2. In the Schedule to the Fertiliser (Movement Control) Order, 1973, after serial No. 44 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely:—
