G.S.R. 54(E).—Tn pursuance of section 15 of the Passports Act, 1967 (15 of 1967), Central Government hereby authorises the Chief Secretaries to the Governments of undermentioned States to sanction prosecution in respect of an offence under clause of sub-section (1) of section 12 of the said Act within their respective territorial jurisdiction 1. Assam

2. Gujarat

3. Meghalaya

4. Punjab

5. Rajasthan

6. Tripura

7. West Bengal.
