G.S.R. 60 (E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) , read with sub- rule ( 1 ) , and the first proviso to sub - rule ( 2 ) , of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service ( Cadre ) Rules , 1954 , the Central Government , in consultation with the Government of Binar hereby makes the follow- ing regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1955 , namely:-
1. (1 ) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Third Amendment Regulations , 1976 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1955 , under the heading ' Bihar ' for the entry,
"Chief Administrator , River Valley Project and ex - Officio Secretary "
the following entry shall be substituted . namely :-
"Irrigation and Power Commissioner - cum- Principal Secretary to Government , Depart- ment of Power & Irrigation. "

सा० का० ति० 60 ( प्र) भारतीय प्रणासन सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम , 1954 के नियम 4 के उपनियम ( 2 ) के प्रथम परन्तुक और उपनियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठिन अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) को धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार बिहार सरकार के परामर्श से , भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग के पदों की सख्या का नियनन ) विनियम , 1955 में आगे मशोधन करने के लिए एतद्- द्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:--
1. ( 1) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग के पदों की मख्या का नियतन) तोसरा सशोधन विनियम, 1976 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्न में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशामन सेवा ( सवर्ग के पदो की सख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1555 की अनुसूची में ' बिहार' के अधीन कालम दो में , अर्थात्:--
"मुख्य प्रशामक , नदी घाटी परियोजना और पदेन मचिव "
प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर ,
" सिचाई और विद्युत श्रायुक्त सह सरकार के प्रधान सचिव "

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 (61 of 1951 ) read with rule 11 of the Indian Administra- tive Service (Pay ) Rulcs , 1954 , the Central Government , in consultation with the Govern- ment of Bihar hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administra- tive Service ( Pay ) Rules , 1954 , namely:-
1. (1 ) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service ( Pay ) Fourth Amend- ment Rules , 1976 ,
(2 ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Indian Administrative Service ( Pay ) Rules , 1954 ,-
(a) Under the heading ' A- posts carrying pay above the time scale of pay in the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments ' against ' Bihar ' , for the entry in the second column ,
"Chief Administrator , River Valley Project and ex - Officio Secretary "
the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"Irrigation and Power Commissioner - cum- Principal Secretary to Government , De- partment of Power & Irrigation" .

सा० का ० नि ० 61 ( श्र) -भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम , 1954 के नियम-11 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार बिहार सरकार के परामर्श से, भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन) नियम, 1954 मे और श्रागे सशोधन करने के लिए एतद- द्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है अर्थात् --
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमो का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) चौथा सशोधन नियम , 1976 है ।
( 2 ) ये सरकारी राजपत्र मे प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगे ।
के अधीन 2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम , 1954 की अनुसूची- III क मे " बिहार "
" मुख्य प्रशासनिक, नदीघाटी परियोजना और पदेन सचिव " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर "सिचाई और विद्युत श्रायुक्त सह सरकार के प्रधान सचिव " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी .
