NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st January 1976
S.O. 72 (E) . Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines ( Department of Mines ) S.O. No. 90( E ) dated the 2nd February , 1974 issued un- der sub - section ( 1 ) of the section 4 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development ) Act , 1957 ( 20 of 1957 ) , the Central Government gave notice of its intention to prospect for coalin lards measuring 780.00 acres ( approximately) or 315-65 hectares (approximately ) in the locality speci fied in the Schedule appended to that notification and reproduced in the Schedule apperded hereto; }
And whereas in respect of the said lands , no notice under sub - section ( 1 ) of section 7 of the said Act of the intention of the Central Government to acquire the said lands or any rights in or over such lands , has been given ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the said sub - section (1 ) of section 7, the Central Government hereby specifies a further period of one year commencing from the 2nd February , 1976 as the period within which the Central Government may give notice of its intention to acquire the said lands or any rights in or over such lande .

हा० प्रा० 72 ( प्र) त्रेद्रीय सरकार, ने, कोयला बाले क्षेत्र ( अर्जन और विकास ) अधिनियम , 1957 ( 1957 का 20 ) की धारा 4 को उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन, भारत सरकार के इस्पात और खान मंत्रालय (खान विभाग ) की अधिसूचना का ० आ ० सं ० 90 ( श्र ) , तारीख 2 फरवरी , 1974 द्वारा , उस अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिदिष्ट और इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में दिए गए परिक्षेत्र में 780.00 एकड़ ( लगभग ) या 315.65 हेक्टेयर ( लगभग ) भूमियों में कोयले के लिए पूर्वेक्षण करने के अपने श्राशय की सूचना दी थी ;
और उक्त भूमियों की बावत , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन, उक्त भूमियों को या ऐसी भूमियों में या भूमियों पर के किन्ही अधिकारों को अर्जित करने के केन्द्रीय सरकार के आशय की कोई सूचना नहीं दी गई है ;
अतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार , उक्त धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , 2 फरवरी , 1976 से प्रारम्भ होने वाली एक वर्ष की और अवधि को उस अवधि के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है, जिसके भीतर कैन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त भूमियों या ऐसी भूमियों में या भूमियों पर के किन्हीं अधिकारों को अर्जित करने के अपने आशय की सूचना दे सकेगी ।

क-ख आइन ग्राम लोहरा और गैरीखास की भागतः सामान्य सीमा के साथ गुजरती है और बिन्दु ' ख ' पर मिलती है ।
ख- ग लाइन ग्राम लोहंरा , ग्राम गरेरीयाडीह और खटौतिया की भागतः सामान्य सीमा के साथ और ग्राम गरेरियाडीह से हो कर गुजरती है और बिन्दु 'ग ' पर मिलती है ।
ग - घ लाइन ग्राम गरेरियाडीह और लोहंडी से हो कर गुजरती है और बिन्दु 'घ' पर मिलती है ।
घ-ङ लाइन ग्राम लोहंडी से हो कर गुजरती है और बिन्दु 'ङ' पर मिलती है ।
ङ -क लाइन ग्राम पांडवा और लोहंडी की भागतः सामान्य सीमा और ग्राम पांडवा और लोहरा की सामान्य सीमा के साथ गुजरती है और प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु ' क' पर मिलती है ।
