ORDER
New Delhi, the 3rd February 1978
S.O. 75(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 6 of the Burn and Company and Indian Standard Wagon Company (Tak- ing Over of Management) Act, 1973 (57 of 1973), the Central Government hereby specifies in the Schedule annexed hereto the exceptions, restrictions and limita- tions subject to which the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), shall continue to apply to the Burn and Company Limited and the Indian Standard Wagon Company limited in the same manner as it applied thereto before the commencement of the said Act.

Exceptions, Restrictions and Limitations subject to which the provisions mentioned in column (1) shall apply to the companies.
