S.O. 89(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development, Internal Trade and Company Affairs (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 711, dated the 18th February, 1970 (as amended subsequently), namely:—
In the said Notification, in the last paragraph, for the words "Six Years", the words "Seven Years" shall be substituted.
