S.O. 9S(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18G of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby rescinds, with immediate effect, the Motor Cars (Distribution and Sale) Control Order, 1959, except as respects things don; or omitted to be done before such rescission.
