S.O. 96(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13C of the Representation of. the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in its notification No. 429/ J&K-HP/75(1), dated 23rd September, 1975, namely:—

In column 2 after the words 'Assistant Commissioner' wherever they occur, the letter 'R' within brackets shall be inserted.
