New Delhi , the 12th February 1976
S.O. 107 ( E ) / 18A / IDRA / 76 .--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951) , the Central Government makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 13 ( E) dated the 3rd January , 1974 , namely :-
In the said Order , for serial No. 4 and the entry relating thereto , the following serial number and entry shall be substituted , namely :-
" 4. Sari P. K. Lahiri , Director , Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies , Department of Industrial Development , New Delhi . "
