New Delhi, the 12th February 1976

S.O. 108(E)/18A/lDRA/76.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No, S.O. 14(E) dated the 3rd January, 1974, namely:—

In the said Order, for serial No. 4 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely:—

"4. Shri P. K. Lahiri, Director, Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies, Department of Industrial Development, New Delhi,"[No. F. 2(16)/73-CUC] D. K. SAXENA, Jt. Secy. (343)
