G.S.R. 79(E).—The following Order made by the President on 9th February, 1976 is published for general information:—
The Governor of Gujarat (Allowances and Privileges) Amendment Order, 1976
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Bombay Reorganisation Act, 1960 (11 of 1960), the President hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Governor of Gujarat (Allowances and Privileges) Order, 1960, namely:—
1. This Order may be called the Governor of Gujarat (Allowances and Privileges) Amendment Order, 1976.
2. In the Governor of Gujarat (Allowances and Privileges) Order, 1960, in the Second Schedule, after the existing proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:—
'Provided further that for the financial year 1973-74, this Schedule shall have effect as if for the figures "90,000" and "2,38,000". occurring in columns 2 and 7 thereof, the figures "1,17,308" and "2,65,308" had respectively been substituted.'
