ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th February 1976
S.O. 109(E).—Whereas the Government of the Union Territory of Delhi have inti- mated an inadvertent slip in the description of 33-Rohtas Nagar and 34-Ghonda Metro- politan Council constituencies in Table B of the Delimitation Commission's Order No. 40 of 28th April, 1975, in respect of the Union Territory of Delhi;
And whereas the Commission considers it necessary and expedient to make amend- ments in the description of those constituencies so as to bring the Order correct and uptodate;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Delimitation Act, 1972, the Election Commission hereby makes the corrections in the said Order as follows:—
I. In Table B—Metropolitan Council Constituencies;—
(i) Under column 2, against 33-Rohtas Nagar, in the description of the extent of the constituency, after the words and figures "Charge No. 1" the words "and Mandoli village" shall be Insetted; and
(ii) Under column 2, against 34-Ghonda, in the description of the extent of the constituency, the word "Mandoli", shall be deleted.
II In the Note (i) at the end of the Table, for the words and figures "1st day of
