New Delhi , the 17th February 1976
No. DRAWBACK / PN - 20 / 76 . Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Notification No. 52 / F . No. 602 /2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK / PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 :-
I. For item (b) of sub - serial No. 2509 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely:-
(b) Viscose tyre yarn
Rs . 2.45 (Rupees two andand paise forty Ave only) per kg .
II . For sub - serial No. 2510 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted namely:-
2510 ( a) Viscose tyre cord/ twine
Rs . 2.45 (Rupees two and paise forty ve only) per kg.
(b) Viscose tyre cord/ twine
Rs . 4.95 (Rupees four and paise ninety five only) per kg .
Explanation . ( 1 ) The rate at ( a) above shall also be applicable to export of viscose tyre cord/ twine when exported under bond under rule 13 or 14 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944.
(2) The rate at ( b) above shall apply only if the Central Excise duty on yarn has been paid at the appropriate rate and no rebate of the said duty has been obtained under Central Excise Rules 1944 .

III . For sub - serial No. 2621 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be subs- tituted , namely:-

सं० प्रतिश्रषायगी/ पी ० एन ० 20/ 76.- सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क प्रतिश्रदायगी नियमावली, 1971 , [ भारत के राजपत्र , ( असाधारण ) दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित प्रधिसूचना सं ० 52 /फा ० सं ० 602/2/70 प्र ० अ ० ] के नियम , 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी/ पी० एन ० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्टूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतदद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
I. उप -क्रमांक 2509 की मद ( ख ) और तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टयों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा , अर्थातः --
(ख) विस्कोस टायर धागा 2.45 रुपये (केवल दो रुपये और पंतालीस पैसे) प्रति किलोग्राम
II . उप- क्रमांक 2510 और तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टयों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा, अर्थात्ः--
2.45 रुपये ( केवल दो रुपये और पैंतालीस पैसे) प्रति किलोग्राम
2510 ( क ) विस्कोस टायर कार्ड/ टुवाइन
4.95 रुपये ( केवल चार रुपये और पंचानबे
पैसे) प्रति किलोग्राम
(ख) विस्कोस टायर कार्ड/ ट्वाइन
स्पष्टीकरण.-( 1 ) उपर्युक्त ( क ) के अन्तर्गत दी गयी दर विस्कोस टायर कार्ड /टुरवाइन होगी , जब वे केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क नियमावली, 14 के अन्तर्गत बन्ध - पत्र के अधीन निर्यात किये के निर्यात के लिये भी लागू 1944 के नियम 13 अथवा जाते हों ।
( 2 ) उपर्युक्त ( ख ) के अन्तर्गत दी धागे पर केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क को गयो दरं केवल तभी लाग होगी , यदि समुचित दर पर अदायगी की गयी हो [PART I- SEC . 1 ] THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

और केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क नियमावली , 1944 के अन्तर्गत उक्त शुल्क से छूद प्राप्त नहीं की गयी हो ।
III. उप- क्रमांक 2621 और तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रति स्थापित किया जायेगा , अर्थात्ः--
2621 (क) विस्कोस टायर कार्ड फैब्रिक वार्प शीट्स ।
(ख) विस्कोस टायर कार्ड फैब्रिक वार्ष शीट्स
2.45 रुपये ( केवल दो रुपये और पैंतालीस पैसे) प्रति किलोग्राम ।
4.95 रुपये (केवल चार रुपये और पंचानये पैसे ) प्रति किलोग्राम ।
स्पष्टीकरण ( 1 ) उपर्युक्त ( क) के अन्तर्गत दी गयी घरे विस्कोस टायर कार्ड/वाचे शीट्स के निर्यात के लिये भी लागू होगी, जब वे केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क नियमावली, 1944 के नियम 13 अथवा 14 के अन्तर्गत बंध-पत्र के अधीन निर्यात की जाती हों ।
(2 ) उपर्युक्त ( ख ) के अन्तर्गत दी गयी दर केवल तभी लागू होगी, यदि धागे पर केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क की समुचित दर पर श्रदायगी की गयी हो और केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क नियवाली , 1944 के अन्तर्गत उक्त शुल्क से छूट प्राप्त नहीं की गयी हो ।
यह सार्वर्जानक सूचना फरवरी , 1976 के प्रथम दिन को लागू हुई समझी जायगी ।
CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 17th February 1976
No. DRAWBACK/PN - 31 / 76. In the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK / PN - 18 / 76 dated the 9th February , 1976 , published in Part I , Section ( i ) of the Gazette of India , Extraordinary the Central Government hereby makes the following corrections therein :-
For the words " for bicycles " , appearing at the end of the column " Rate of Drawback" for item (i ) , the words " per bicycle" may be read.

मद ( i ) के स्थान पर " प्रतिश्रदायगी को दर" स्तम्भ के अंत में प्रयुक्त शब्द "साईकलों के लिए , " के स्थान पर " प्रति साईकिल " शब्द पढ़िये ।

यह सार्वजनिक सूचना जून, 1975 के प्रथम दिन को लागू समझी जायगी ।
