S.O. 118 ( E) .- In pursuance of the provisions contained in clause ( d) of section 2 of the Urban Land ( Ceiling and Regulation) Act , 1976 ( 33 of 1976 ) , read with clause (k) thereof, the Central Government hereby authorises the persons mer tioned in column I of the Schedule bereto annexed , to perform the functions of the competent authoiity under the provisions of the said Act specified in the corresponding entry in column 3 of the said Schedule , for the areas in the Union territory of Delhi , including the area within the local limits of the Duri Cantonment [being a place declared to be a Cantonment under section 3 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) ] specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 thereof .

फा० आ० 118 ( प्र) केन्द्रीय सरकार, नगर- भूमि ( अधिकतम सीमा और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1976 ( 1976 का 33 ) की धारा 2 के ब्रण्ड ( ट ) के साथ पठित खण्ड (घ ) में के उपबन्धो के अनुसरण में , इससे उनावद्ध अनुसूत्री के सम्म 1 में उल्लिखित व्यक्तियो को, उसके स्तम्भ 2 में तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट दिल्ली सत्र राज्यक्षेत्र के क्षेत्रो के लिए, जिसमें दिल्लो छावनी की स्थानीय नीमाश्रा के भीतर काक्षेत्र भी श्राता है जो नि छाजनी त्रिनियम , 1924 ( 1924 का 2 ) की धारा 3 के अधीन छावनी के रू । मे घोषितस्थान है , उका अनुसूत्री के स्तम्भ 3 में की तत्सम्बन्र्च। प्रविष्टि मे विनिर्दिष्ट उक्त अधिनियम के उत्बन्धों के अधीन मक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों कापालन करने के लिए इस अत्रिसूचना द्वारा प्राविकृत करती है ।

Land ( Ceiling a S.O. 119(E) . In pursuance of the provisions contained in Clause ( d ) of section 2 , of the Urban Land ( Ceiling and Regulation) Act , 1976 (33 of 1976 ) , read with clause (k ) thereof, the Central Government hereby authorises the persons mentioned inin column I of the Schedule hereto annexed , to perform the functions of the competent authority under the provisions of the said Act specified in the corresponding entry in column 3 of the said Schedule , for the arca within the local limits of the cantonments , declared as such under Section 3 of the Cantonmen.
