NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th February 1976
G.S.R. 90(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with clause (e) of sub-section (1), of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964), and sub-rule (3) of rule 3 of the Food Corporations Rules, 1965, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri P. V. R. Kutty Menon and Shri J Dayanand on the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India, established under the said Act, in place of Dr. M. S. Randhawa and Shri P. L. Tandon respectively and directs that the following further amendments shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the late, Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No G.S.R, 37, dated the 2nd January, 1965, namely:—
In the said notification,—
(i) for entry 6, the following entry shall be substituted, namely—
"6. Shri P, V. R. Kutty Menon, 7-1-77, Ameerpet, Hyderabad-500016.";
